 + -1 moreI purchased this deal for a rental property. I called and requested they contact the tenant and schedule service with her directly. A few days passed and my tenant did not get a call. They eventually did get in contact with eachother -and services were performed. these issues will not prevent me from recommending or using the company again.

 + 1 moreGreat! Glen was on time, professional and friendly. He was in uniform, presented his card and put down tarps, vacuumed all soot and stuff. No smell, no mess - Great Job! Had an "Angie" special which saved about 30%.
Description of Work: Company (Glen Schramm) of Midtown's Sweeps cleaned our wood burning fireplace, slead the storm collar, inspected flu box damper. All OK. Installed screen on 2nd fireplace.

Description of Work: They swept four chimneys and on one of the chimneys put a crown coat on it to prevent deterioration and leaks. They also put sealing on the chimneys.
