At Maximum Leak Repair, we offer quality repairs from leaks caused by harsh extreme hot & cold year round weather conditions. Weather leaks create structural deterioration and damage, which lead to very expensive future repairs. When Roofs are past its prime due to extreme weather, water and or ice can enter interior and cause structural damage creating a domino effect. The first effect from roof leaks is wet insulation causing mold & mildew, which is a huge environmental concern for everyone. The main source of leaks can arise from all types of roofs, skylights, chimneys, gutters including doors & windows not properly sealed or missing flashing, MLR uses infrared technology to inspect & track the source of the leak from inside the location then follows it to the exterior structural where the defect is occurring. We remove any structural components to expose affected area & properly correcting problems by following city codes. Poorly insulated attics and walls can cause loss of heat and also can create ice damming at gutter lines. MLR provides blow-in attic insulation for energy efficiency and government tax credit. We provide weatherization services including seasonal gutter and downspout cleaning, installation of heat tape (cable) by gutter edge & downspouts to help prevent ice damming, weatherizing main exterior water supply, sealing of windows, main door gaskets and seals and also covering swamp coolers. MLR carries commercial grade insurance for any repair. All our clientele receives photo documentation from start to finish of repair job, which is greatly appreciated.
