Lam Tree Service

Lam Tree Service was hired last July to cut down a tree that was partially fallen and close to our cabin. The man who came up did not tie the tree in correctly and it came down on a corner of the cabin as did another tree. The roof and wall below was broken and had structural cracks. Many antiques had fallen from the wall and from shelves in the cabin from the incident. At first Ryan Reed, the president of the company, was very apologetic and cooperative. He even said the tree service was free. We chose a company with a reasonable estimate, to do the repairs. That company did not realize the complexity of the repair and had to spend more. Ryan Reed has apparently paid for the repairs. He has never paid for the antiques the, the stain required, and the service of matching the stain to the old cabin wood. I requested that he pay for these before I paid for the tree service. He did not comply and took me to a collection agency. At that time I paid the collection agency and wrote him an email stating that I would give him ten business days to repay me before taking further action. As of now I have given him fifteen business days to pay what he owes. He has not responded and has not paid so I am taking further legal action in addition to writing a scathing review. I do not recommend anyone use Lam Tree Service! There are plenty of other tree services in the Evergreen area.

As far as trees go, Lam Tree Services we would definitely recommend.

Ryan reviewed mitigation plan and assisted in marking trees. A date was scheduled for the work and Ryan and crew arrived at appointed date and time with first class equipment. Ryan reviewed work to be performed and crew worked diligently for two days. All trees were removed and site cleared of mess.....all trees were chipped and hauled away. Expensive but worth the money for the piece of mind and the general health of the forest surrounding our home.

They were excellent. They were prompt and very professional. They were the only people that actually came out and took a look at the tree. The guy seem to be very competent. He kind of knew the issues with it. They quoted the lowest price. They showed up on time. They took the tree away and the quality of the work was very good.

Ryan with LAM Tree came out to discuss a fire mitigation plan for our cabin in Idaho Springs. We had just purchased the cabin, and the lot was overgrown with trees, including many trees that had died due to pine beetles. Ryan gave us a great price to cut down about 150 trees of varying sizes, remove the lower branches on the remaining trees, and remove the debris/mulch created from the project. LAM did a great job with the fire mitigation! The lot surrounding the cabin is much more open, but still private due to the remaining trees. We'll definitely use LAM again!!

I would recommend them with the provision that they are expensive. They were extremely careful. They were very considerate of the neighbors property with the removal of the trees.

He does it on the side. He has a company name, but it is part time. I didn't use him because I found someone that could do it cheaper. They were very professional.

We have used Lam tree service for several years now. They have always been professional, and have competitive rates.

They do my regular lawn and garden work. I highly recommend them. We have been using them for a while now. Sometimes he is hard to get a hold of. But, that's fine, he always does a great job. My trees look fantastic.

I CAN'T TELL AS YET IF THE SPRAY IS EFFECTIVE. HOPEFULLY BY NEXT SEASON I WILL BE ABLE TO SEE POSITIVE RESULTS. THE SPRAYERS CAME TO SPRAY WHEN I WAS AT WORK SO I CAN'T ACCURATELY COMMENT ON WORK DONE.
