+ 2 moreKaren stopped by for a quick consultation last week. Friday, I walked into a sparkling house -- no cobwebs, dust-free, clean & sparking floors, etc. Everything looked so good I teared-up a bit! Karen spent nearly 6 hours on the first clean and we have already scheduled her to come back in February.

Description of Work: Karen was prompt and professional in responding to my initial inquiry regarding cleaning our home. We scheduled a time that worked for both of us and she did a great job. Karen focused on the floors, stairs, bathrooms and general dusting. The outcome is excellent.

They are on-time, trust worthy, professional and immediately address any issues that may come up although I don't really have many issues as they have a great understanding of my expectations. Description of Work: We interviewed this provider and found that their prices where very high compared to other cleaning services in summit county. The individual attending the interview, was not the person doing the work and did not seem interested in any of the details associated with what we would like to have done. The person assumed they were hired, after they gave the price, simply saying I will see you on the 15th. They did not listen to our requests and we politely told them that we would get back to them, but please do not put us on your schedule.

+ -1 moreI love it when Karen cleans my apartment. My favorite is after she leaves my bathrooms sparkle. The kitchen is so clean along with the rest of the apartment. She is quick and efficient and I have her come about once a month as I love how my apartment looks after she does her magic.

I pay extra attention to detail, including baseboards, windowsills and entryways(mudrooms). I will provide individual requests, deep cleans and oraganizing as well.
I do not provide snow removal, carpet cleaning, high window cleaning or hot tub maintenance.
