Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to earn your business. I believe in doing business differently than most window & door companies. INSTALLATION: I believe the way windows and/or doors are installed is very important. Most local companies want to use installation methods that are fast but not the best for your home. “Insert” installs is the most common type of installation method. It relies on a thin bead of caulking to keep water and air out of your home. For 99% of my jobs, I REFUSE to use this method. It is nothing more than a short term fix & a waste of your money due to inefficiency and ineffectiveness. My installation method involves a full frame removal. This way you are guaranteed to receive the best effectiveness and efficiency of your new investment. As well as, using special flashing tapes, spray foam insulation, and caulking to keep water and air from infiltrating and entering your home. This method is by far the best way to have your windows and doors perform at their peak. PRODUCTS: I have direct relationships with 6 different window manufacturers and 3 door manufacturers. I built my portfolio based on 2 main factors. The company’s integrity and the quality & performance of their products. I know how a well built product operates and installs because I have been a lead installer for 22 years! Wood, Vinyl, Fiberglass, and Hybrid products are available. My mission is to provide products to fit my customer’s needs, desire, and budget. SALES METHOD: No pressure here:) I understand people are shopping for the best fit. My purpose is to make the sales process easy, efficient, and honest! Therefore, I utilize technology to streamline the quoting process. Customers have the option to send me pictures of their existing windows/doors via email. I am able to quote the exact price through email because I have personally installed over 10,000 windows. Next, I communicate with my customers via phone to answer any questions they may have about the estimate. Lastly, I set an appointment to show the product demo of interest and review the installation process in detail. PRICING: My pricing is extremely reasonable for the value my customers receive from my work and the products I install. My promise is that each job will be installed properly and quality materials will be used. I offer complete packages that include all paint and stain or you can channel you inner DIY Network and paint or stain yourself. Description of Work: Josh came out to my house to provide a bid. I asked him for a bid to repair 3 sliding doors and replace 3screens. I received the bid and agreed to the price. We exchanged several emails over the course of 6 months with him telling me he was busy and waiting on parts. He stopped responding and never showed up! Unbelievable! A short note to tell me he did not want the job would have sufficed. Part two: I'm doing a large remodel and asked him for a bid. He took pictures of my plans so he could provide a bid. NOTHING from Josh - unfortunate because it's a $45,000 job for Windows alone

Description of Work: Contacted Josh about repairing some screens.He came by to pick them up. Nice guy. After a couple of weeks I called him wondering where my screens were. He came over and installed all but one of them which he wanted to check and re-assemble. The work he did was fine, he obviously takes pride in his work, but I never got the final screen or a bill, so the price was right. Josh if you want to get paid you need to keep track of your customers!

Description of Work: Josh's Best Windows was supposed to come and take a look at my situation, give me some options and some estimates. He said he would be up this way on another job and would call me to set up a time. I called him again just to make sure that he would be coming. He NEVER bothered to call me back. Super disappointed in his lack of professionalism. Not sure how someone can count on the work or the product of a business if the owner can not even follow through with a phone call.

I did forget to call back and I am sorry. I remember speaking to you in late summer and we spoke about custom fiberglass windows. I did get very overwhelmed this summer and calls did fall thru the cracks and I am very sorry for that. I am doing all I can to get better at the administration side of my business. Description of Work: Josh repaired window screens and sills for us after a hail storm. We are pleased with the work. We had discussed additional work for Josh to do for us and believe he agreed to do it but have not heard back from him on that. We have the impression he is at capacity with work and might be overcommitting himself from time to time.

Description of Work: Josh installed a total of six windows five small windows and a large picture window. The work was excellent we are very pleased with the windows and were very pleased with Josh. He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do completely and thoroughly. The work was completed in a timely manner and Josh cleaned up and followed up calling us to see if there were any problems or questions. We are very pleased with Josh's work and with our windows. We would highly recommend Josh for any window replacement work.
