John and crew were great, everything was on-time and actually slightly below-budget. John was very good at helping us determine color palette that really matched the house and the surrounding landscape. it was a work of art. The team was pleasant and neat and the work was top-notch.

John Erlandson did a great job. He was super professional and the team he sent was outstanding.

John and his people (it varied from 3 to 6 depending on the day) were unfailingly courteous and respectful. My wife and I work out of our home, and the painters went the extra mile to ensure our business was not disrupted during the work. Our home hangs off the side of a cliff in the Rockies, which makes it more difficult, but they did a great job. Very neat - tools, etc were always stored at the end of the work day. That work day was sometimes shortened by rain, so to minimize time on site John asked if they could also work on Sunday to speed things up. John was here every day, for most of the day, though I am sure the guys and gals he employs could have done the job with no supervision. We had a problem getting the right color on the door - numerous color patches led us to choose one shade, and it turned out nothing like we thought it would (including John). Without complaint, he worked with us to try again and did an entire repaint of the door. It came out PERFECT. John really seems to enjoy his work and enjoy his customers. The crew was so very nice that we would sit with them during water/lemonade breaks and shoot the breeze. Final cleanup was good. John made it clear that if we found anything we did not like (it is not easy to inspect everything on the cliff-side) that we MUST call him. Overall, an excellent job, with quality work and quality materials.
