They told me the driveway could withstand even a trash truck. Before trash truck even came the driveway quickly fell apart and they would not rectify their shoddy work. My driveway looks horrific.

A day or two after the driveway was paved. Rocks and sticks started to push up through the pavement. I took a drill to some of them, and found the pavement to be less than 1" thick in spots. They charged me $2000 more than the bid, to make it thicker, but didn't. They came out to look at it, and said they'd patch the areas. The patches look horrible, and I know it's all too thin. I want them to tear it up and redo it all. But they haven't.

Holland Hurst came on the day and at the time they said they would come. They worked hard and were finished in a few hours. They charged only what they had estimated it would cost. I wish all our experiences hiring someone worked this well.

Very bad. My driveway is completely falling apart. They did inadequate surface preparation and I have major cracking, holes, complete mess. Now it will cost more to have it removed, have the surface repaired and have it paved again. I would NEVER have them do any work.

The estimator came when he said he would. To get a lower price, I agreed to have the work done "when they were in the area", so I can't comment on scheduling. When the time came to do the work, they arrived with a large crew and lots of equipment, removed the old asphalt, re-paved the driveway apron, and cleaned up after themselves. A completely satisfactory job.

Overall, we had a good experience with this company. They provided an estimate in line with others in the area and completed the job as described and on time. We have had no problems and are satisfied with the work as completed.
