We have had them out a few times already, they really know how to fix problems. I wished I could give them an A+.

We had two failed potability test through GeoWater during a real estate transaction. The 1st test resulted in the listing agent purchasing remediation supplies from GeoWater to correct the Coliform Bacteria found in our water supply. The coliform was not uncommon this summer due to the amount of rain we had in the mountains. The 2nd potability test failed after we used the remediation supplies. We discovered that both water samples were taken from a bathtub in a home that had been vacant for about 4 months. We were told that bathtub samples are most common to fail potability tests because of the amount of bacteria that could be stored in the faucets (especially in a vacant home). We asked GeoWater to go to the property and check the well itself. They were unable to locate the well cap, which is located on the side of our garage. We ended up hiring a new company who came out and located the well cap. The well cap was cracked and needed to be replaced. The new company also took a water sample from the well itself, which GeoWater never attempted to do. I see it as a conflict of interest for GeoWater to provide potability tests and remediation supplies.

I worked with them from out of state on a parcel of land we had under contract. They explained the process and possible concerns. The bill was actually less than the estimate.

They are very nice people to work with. We actually had the whole system designed. They gave us a new person to install it, which I wasn't very happy with. They installed the pump backwards. We would definitely use them again. They were very good to deal with, and they fixed the issue.

My experience was very favorable. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about half an hour. I had to go through another party to get hold of them to have them come and look at the system. Once I got hold of them, they returned my call and let me know when I should expect them. They showed up relatively on time. They seemed a little expensive but I didn’t have anybody to compare them to. I would use them again.
