Description of Work: New roof. Patrick Sheehy came to my house and we went over the different types of shingles and colors. He pointed out to me shingles that could get me a discount from my insurance company. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after they were done. Yes I would hire them again and I would recommend them. It was a touch costly, but I live in Georgetown, CO so things cost more because of delivery costs and disposal fees.

+ -1 moreMark introduced himself and his assistant immediately. He was very courteous with a can do attitude. I felt comfortable with him right away. He was efficient and diagnosed the situation of the roof leak within minutes. I had purchased some sealant thinking I would do the repair, but decided to hire someone. He used my supplies to save me money. He was done with the repair quickly and declined payment because the job was short. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their home.You will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: The owner Mark came on time(early in the 2 hour window), assessed the situation of the roof/chimney leak, and professionally completed the repair in a timely fashion. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their home.You will not be disappointed.

+ 8 moreOverall, the experience was great. David worked with the insurance company to make sure that we got what was needed to replace our roof, and took all the hassle away from us. He was also able to maximize the insurance claim so that we could cover all of the costs of the roof. David also worked with us on the windows and patio doors that we had installed. They purchased the windows we wanted at a very competitive price , and then installed them, cased them out and replaced all of the exterior and interior trim. Mark then worked with us on the inside of the house with the electrical work, the painting, and the cabinet refinishing. For Christmas, my wife gave me a Wall Map from National Geographic. The map was 11' long and 7' tall, and came as sheets of "wall paper." Genesis came in and "skinned" the wall to make it smooth, hung the map, installed LED lights above the map, and then had the finish carpenters case out the map to make it look like a picture frame. That map is now the highlight of our home. It turned our very, very well!
Description of Work: We hired Genesis Total Exteriors to help us with a hail damage claim for our roof, and were very pleased with the company. In addition to the roof that was covered under insurance, we also had them replace all of our windows, add some electrical lights to the house, install a sunroof, refinish the kitchen cabinets, and paint the entire interior of the home. They did the work on time, and were responsive to my requests, complaints and concerns. They really do believe the customer is right and went out of their way to make sure everything was done to my expectations. Their painting crew led by Jesus is particularly good, and I have referred them to several of my neighbors already. He and his crew were efficient, respectful, and very careful with my home. They stuck to their commitments and did not ask for money except as agreed and when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing the services listed above.

+ 3 moreThey did a great job overall. They were punctual, and professional the entire time. They even did a great job cleaning up when this project was completed.
Description of Work: After the extensive hail damage that occurred in June, Genesis Total Exteriors were my contractors for the entire job. They replaced my roof, gutters, stucco, and paint on the trim of the entire house. They were very reliable, always called you back right away, and were hands on , on the job. I would use them again for any future work that I may need.
