Maestas Concrete and Landscaping

Sidewalk installation was satisfactory. Completed within 10 days of work order. Communications could have been better but job was well done.

Very horrible company. Left all of their stuff at our house, did a horrible pour in our concrete. They left concrete on our house and they said they were going to come back to get their stuff and fix it but never showed. We now have damages to our house that we have to clean up when it’s not our responsibility. Our concrete has a very rough texture to it with footprints in it that they won’t fix because they said it looks great. Also is very rude when talking to us on the phone, very unprofessional. Always an excuse to why they could never come out. All they care about is the money and never to make the customer happy or what they pay for. Worst company, won’t recommend to anybody.

The provider moved dirt around, preparation for the concrete, put a few slat and then removed them to take them to another job. They left material and wheelbarrow. The company came provided and estimate the contract was signed and they accepted. The weather got bad and they had reasons of why it was necessary to wait. The good days they still would not come. Then they kept asking for more money. The company had issues where I was told the employees where not doing the job and the company was going to be transferred to another of the relatives. There were family issues, death in the family, church, etc that prevented them from performing the job but there were always reassurance that it would be done. Just never took it seriously. They left supplies and came and retrieved what was necessary apparently for another job and then they would bring one or two things acting like if they were going to do it but nothing ever really happened. I asked for a refund and nothing advanced. I do not believe they have the ability to refund the money but their insurance should be able to cover it if they fail to perform. As of 5/20/23 they again stated someone would be out here to do the job but nothing has been done and no one shows up.

It was great, They are just like a team effort they work together. It came out really, really amazing.
