+ -1 moreFrank was prompt and professional. He has a wealth of knowledge and was very honest with us about the condition of the home and what it would take to renovate. He was able to give us ideas of the work he'd suggest and help us adjust our priority list to match our budget. Unfortunately we did not purchase the house, so work was not preformed, but we greatly appreciated Frank's assistance and professional advice.
Description of Work: Frank gave us an estimate on a home that needed a full remodel.
