Patio was not sealed properly causing splotchy areas and surface discoloration. I contacted Jon Johnson (Johnson Flatworks, Inc., Estes Park, CO) in May 2008 regarding defects. Johnson observed damages & said "I'll get back to you in a few days." AFTER ONE MONTH, Johnson had not contacted me, so I wrote Johnson a letter. Johnson stated that the "sealer is defective; patio needs to be stripped and resealed." About the numerous cracks, Johnson said "the cracks will not get larger; the cracks cannot be repaired." Johnson promised to strip and reseal the patio for 2 MONTHS, delaying with numerous excuses; then Johnson showed up with a "Release of Contractor" paper telling me that if "you don't sign away all your rights, I will NOT do the work."
