Waste Connections

They have steadily raised my rates for about three years. They leave the trash containers as often in the street, or on the curb as they do on the sidewalk. They have skipped picking up our recycle several times - and we always have a full container. They do not close the lids, which is a problem when it is raining, snowing or the wind is blowing. When trash or recycle falls out when they dump, they leave it in the street - both mine and my next door neighbor's. I am fed up and looking for another company. I wish we had city trash services like Denver - but no luck!

After Environmental waste went out of business, I was looking for a trash collection company that also picked up recycling. I was to start service on Thursday, my trash was put out and no one picked it up. They apparently forgot to put in the courtesy pick up, so I called again, they were supposed to pick up the next day, they didnt. I called again, this time they picked up and were supposed to pick up on my regular day too, they didn't. The following week, they didn't pick up either, I called yet again, this time they gave it to the wrong driver. Because my regular pick up was suposed to be on Thursday and this was now Friday, I had to wait until Monday. They picked up and promptly left the cans in the street, blocking my driveway. Really!!! I'm done, I'm not an overly hard person to please but this is just incompetence at its finest. Too bad really, I like the extra large recycling bins. I wont go to Waste Management, so I'm now on the hunt for someone new that does residential trash collection and recycling.

They're OK. I think they do what they say they're going to do. They also have recycling program, which is good. The only thing I have is that I think their prices are a little on the steep side and their computerized bookkeeping doesn't agree with my own bookkeeping. It shows some money that I'm sure I paid. They haven't billed me for it, but it's just on there.
