Ty Window Cleaning

Ty and Marty showed up on time and explained everything to me ... cost, our window and screen situation on some (screens and windows closed before paint was dried). They were very kind and courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the windows. I plan to use them every 6 months. It's amazing to be able to look out clean windows. Thanks, Ty.

We were very pleased with the service. Ty called prior to arriving, arrived on time, met my request to clean the windows in my son's room first, and proceeded to clean the windows in an orderly, expedient fashion. We plan to use them again on a regular basis.

The overall job quality was excellent. They are able to get at very high windows and skylights. They identified basement window screens that were damaged by bushes and repaired them. Very professional. I had bought a deal through Angie's list, but the follow-on additional window cleaning costs were much higher than I expected. Be sure to know what you are getting into before having these guys out on site.

Ty was on time, really professional, I rated quality B because there was couple of places he had to go back and redo, but he had no problem with this and done his job great, will deferentially use his service again.

I've used Ty Window cleaning several times at my own home, and now at relative's home that was for sale. As usual, they are easy to schedule, prompt, provide the cost up front, and do a fantastic job. I'll never try to clean my own windows again! They never have looked this good.

(My count was a little off and there were some reasonable optional services I choose.) - Very nice and professional young men doing the work - Result - clean windows This is not a high tech company, I was a little disappointed that I could not schedule future routine service visits.

This is the second year I've had TY Window Cleaning come out. They are very professional and always on time. They're neat and tidy and put everything back. I'm loving the fact that I don't have to clean my own windows anymore! They're great!

They were on time and did an awesome job. They cleaned inside/outside windows and tracks and screens. I would call them again.

It was good. They provided the service around the same time I purchased the big deal. I cannot remember if they charged me more than the $150 big deal. The service was fine. I probably will use them again. They were a bit expensive, that’s all. I think they can improve on making their prices a bit lower.

Ty and his crew was amazing! Extremely professional and hard working. Did a quality job on all windows and screens. Even replaced a couple broken screens we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job cleaning all the windows, but they were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 a.m. and they didn't get here until 9:25 a.m. In addition, they didn't clean up all the dead bugs that I found on my floors.

They were prompt and courteous. Everything was explained thoroughly including the fact that each pane of glass counts as one window so most windows have two panes. They worked quickly and were very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to do business with. This is the first time I've hired someone to clean my windows for me. What a great experience! I don't think I'll ever clean my own windows again! I will call them again next year.

My only complaint was that it was more expensive than revealed in the ad. When they did the onsite estimate before starting the work, Ty said all windows over 4 feet counted as 2 windows. I politely disagreed, but he said that was always their practice. My point was that it was not revealed in the ad!Because previous jobs ran late that day, they were 3 hours later than anticipated. They kept in contact, though, so I could anticipate the rest of my day.Ty was also kind enough to replace the batteries in 2 battery operated blinds that had the battery compartment at the top of the blinds that were in windows nearly at the top of 18 feet walls. A real blessing!Because they ran so late, they really booked getting us taken care of and did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again.

My wife purchased a coupon for the cleaning of 30 windows for $150, a reasonable offer. After the purchase, my wife phoned the proprietor to schedule the service. Upon hearing that the first available appointment was a month away, my wife expressed irritation that such a lead time was not mentioned in the coupon advertisement before she bought it. The person on the phone then recommended that she take her business elsewhere and hung up on her. Assuming there was some misunderstanding, my wife called back to say that she would take the scheduled date if that was the first available. The same person then insisted that she take her business elsewhere and hung up on her again. My wife handed the phone to me and I called back to determine the problem. I was informed that my wife had been rude to him (she had not been rude) and now I was being rude (apparently asking why someone keeps hanging up on you is rude) and he reserved the right to deny service to whomever he chooses and then promptly hung up on me. Business must surely be booming for Ty Window Cleaning for them to treat customers who have already contracted for their services so cavalierly.

It went very well. Ty was very professional and did a great job. I had used other window cleaners in the past who did poor quality work. Ty did not just use a hose to spray down the windows and consider the job done. He manually cleaned all the windows and screens. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have their windows cleaned and have recommended him to my friends.
