Went well. They called to let us know their previous job was taking longer than expected and they would be an hour late. I was a little disappointed to learn they counted an upper pane and lower pane as 2 windows to clean. But it worked out as I still got all of the new windows cleaned. They made time to clean additional windows in a sun porch, for an additional cost. But it was challenging to take the windows apart to clean the screens as well, so we decided to not have the sun porch windows cleaned at this time.

Ty and his workers were great. They were very timely with initial contact and scheduling and were punctual on the day of service. They were very professional and did a great job. Our windows look great -- I plan to have them back every year.

They did a fantastic job. Kept after every detail until they were satisfied everything was as clean as possible. Pointed out some failing double pain windows that were creating spots inside the glass. Both men were great to work with and very personable.

These guys were great! I had originally used them from an Angie's List coupon, and liked them so much that I used them again for a full priced window cleaning service. Always on time, very courteous, and wonderfully tolerant of my dog constantly trying to play with them. Everything was put back in place and they didn't make a mess on the inside (no water spills, drips on the floor, etc.). I definitely plan to use them again.

Ty and his crew did a great job. I had the service done last summer so I can't recall the price spent on service. Some of my windows have items in front of them and they moved the items and kept everything clean. I will use again.

these guys were great! punctual, got right to work, and did an excellent job on the windows. They sparkled and all the dirt/grime in the sills was cleaned out.

Ty and Marty arrived on time and were very friendly and communicative. They work very well as a team and each got right to work. I put off getting our windows cleaned for a long time because I thought it would be a big hassle, but these guys made it easy. Great company, I would look no further. Hire them!

Both TY and his helper were both very nice. They did the windows, which look great, and the screens and the tracks, that were filthy. Very professional, very thorough and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and would also have them back again. The house is so much brighter now with clean windows.

My windows and screens are dirty. I need to wait a week for a refund. Then, I will need to schedule with an alternate window cleaner.

Excellent - so happy I hired Ty to clean the windows. It is a chore I hate doing and am lousy at it. They came in and withing an hour & a half, cleaned all the windows, screens and sills. It would have taken me 2 days to do what they did. Will hire again for sure. Thanks So Much!

Ty and his team were very professional, they did an excellent job and were most accommodating! I will use them annually as I have 18ft ceilings and cannot reach those windows.

Ty and Marty showed up on time and explained everything to me ... cost, our window and screen situation on some (screens and windows closed before paint was dried). They were very kind and courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the windows. I plan to use them every 6 months. It's amazing to be able to look out clean windows. Thanks, Ty.
