+ -1 moreThey did a good job with some windows, but others still feel grimy to touch. But the workers insisted that they do not feel it's grimy and just leave it at that. It's an incomplete job at best. Will never use the company again. A waste of time and money all in all. This is the first time I use Angie's List. A total disappointment. Never again.
Description of Work: I confirm with the company before hand to let them know that I want the windows removed and washed. The owner Ty assured me that that's the way they do it. But when the workers showed up, they only use squeegee and water to wipe it, so really it's not the window "washing" that I am looking for.

+ -1 moreGood enough upstairs- I recommended he see my neighbor to clean her windows as well, she hired him the next day. I was so glad he came back, next door, he hadn't cleaned the basement windows cleaned. But came back and used steel wool to clean them. So grateful.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Ty and his assistant, Marty have a system that is efficent and work is completed in a timely manner.
Description of Work: We have 50 windows that required cleaning inside and out. 20 more than the coupon of 30. At 6.00 per window, it was an additional 120.00. The cleaning also included screens and window tracts.. 14 of the additional 20 were small, single pane, no tracts or screens over larger windows that I think should have been half the price.
