Ty and his assistant were on time, professional, efficient and completed the job in about 90 minutes. Would have taken me two days! I will definitely call them again.

Amazing how they adjusted to all the nick-nacks, houseplants, curtains,etc that were in the way with no complaints or whining and did not say the homer owner had to clear the way Took apart the extra layer of storm sash and cleaned between. They were cognizant of the windows which had solar film on them and needed care. Ty was very resposive to phone calls ,scheduleing ,and really comunicates well. Spent one-half hour surveying the job and provide an itemized proposal. Not an "estimate that would later change. He requested permission to use photos of my home on his website. Would definatily use this service again.

They were perfectionists. They were very clean and went over and beyond. They even vacuumed the dust on shelf that is located above the front door which doesn't get enough attention because of the height. The job they did far exceeded my expectations. I will use them again and refer them to anybody looking for a Window Cleaning service. Contacted Ty for an Angie's List Big Deal. He promptly got in touch and set up an appointment at my convenience, but also based on weather. He and his partner were on time and very pleasant. They carefully and quietly cleaned everything and did a very thorough job. They also moved items out of the way that we had not yet gotten to. My ONLY two suggestions (hence the "B" on professionalism, because nobody is perfect!) are 1) put things back that you moved (only a few pieces were forgotten) and 2) look a tad more closely for that pesky spider goo on the entry ways -- it's easy to miss! This team was so courteous, careful and did such an outstanding job at such a reasonable price that we are planning to have them clean our windows every six months -- on which they will over a price break and that will help keep our home as gorgeously sunny as it is today! Ty and his partner arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. They cleaned all of the windows, tracks and screens--which were filthy from a previous owner. My movers were bringing stuff in at the same time, and they were very accommodating when the movers needed to get around them. The windows are so clean now, I can't tell if they are open or closed! I will definitely be hiring Ty Window Cleaning again in the future, and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Yong is very punctual and follows up calls promptly. He and his partner are very personable and do great work. it is the second time Yong has cleaned my windows. Last fall he came out and not only did the windows but cleaned my gutters and put my swamp-cooler cover on also.

Contacted Ty for window cleaning on a quick turnaround. He stayed in constant contact as we narrowed down the times and services to be performed. We elected for the complete window cleaning including screens and tracks. First class service and great results. Pricing quoted was price that we paid. They arrived on time and spent all day. We have had the windows cleaned before by a different firm and they don't compare to TY's results.

Ty gave me a quote over the phone initially. The quote was based on a charge of $4.50 per window pane. His quote was for approximately $130, but the actual charge after a 10% new customer discount was $115.00. Ty and his helper showed up right on schedule, introduced themselves, walked through the house to get an acurate count of the windows and immediately started to work. Ty is extremely personable, and communicated well with my wife throughout the job, which lasted around an hour. He made sure that he understood any special requests, and he asked plenty of relevant questions to make sure that he was taking care of what he needed to take care of to make us happy customers. Ty and his helper are exceptionally clean and well groomed, and they were careful not to make any messes while they worked. The windows sparkle, and the screens are beautifully clean. Ty is welcome at our house any time. We will use him again when dirty windows get the better of us.

Superb job. In addition Marty the cleaner discovered a loose screen on the apex of the house and went in through the attic to repair it. This is a very professional operation.
