Did a great job! On time, professional, and very efficient. The windows look great and all the screens were replaced correctly (have had a problem with other services in this regard in the past). Windows still look great several weeks later! We will definitely use Ty's again!

They did a great job! He was very upfront about additional costs, above his coupon rate, but did not pressure me into anything. They showed up on time, worked quickly, fixed several screens that were very damaged for a reasonable charge and even removed a dead bunny that fell into a window well. He pointed out a problem with one of my windows and gave me good advice on how to care for my windows to avoid mineral damage. I will call them again next time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They called, showed up on time and went right to work. They did a good job.

Marty was courteous, professional and did a fabulous job for us. I couldn't have been happier with his service. He showed up on time and got right to work. He did a few extra things like cleaning my ceiling fan and a few other accent windows. I bought a "deal" and paid for the remaining windows and found the price to be reasonable. The windows were washed inside and out, the screens cleaned, and the frames vacuumed. By the time he left, my windows were sparkling. I will definitely use this company again, and have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Everything was the way I would expect it from a professional company. Marty contacted me within a few days of my Angie's List deal purchase, and we were scheduled about two weeks out. They arrived on-time and were careful around my belongings and were attentive to the whereabouts of my dogs and kids while they were working. The work done was thorough and completed in a timely manner, and my windows all look really great. I would recommend Ty Window cleaning and will use them again in the future.

Ty and Marty cleaned 43 panes at our house - up high, down low, inside and out, screens and tracks included. They were in and our of here in less than 3 hours. They were efficient, thorough and left the windows looking like new. They're also just a pleasure to do business with. We can't recommend them highly enough!

I was really looking forward to the window cleaning in part because we had had the glass in the windows replaced in February and they really needed cleaning. The glass installer had also left a label on the master bedroom window that I was looking forward to having removed during the cleaning. I mentioned it to Ty when they were almost done, and he said he didn't recall seeing the label so he thought his team member had probably gotten it off. But when I went upstairs after they had left, lo & behold the label was still there! I was bummed at seeing this label left behind especially after mentioning it to Ty. It would have been nice if he had taken a minute to check for me, as I wasn't in a position to check myself, just having had knee surgery and having trouble going up & down the stairs.

We purchase a $150 big deal for inside and outside cleaning including screens and tracks. The service went great. They did a fantastic job. They showed up when they were supposed to, and they got done in a timely manner. The big deal included like thirty windows, and we had all the windows cleaned. I think we added ten windows, and we paid an additional $60.

For the most part everyting went will . My reasson for the two "B's" is that he missed two windows that I paid to have cleaned.

Ty was very professional and polite. His helper was experienced also. Best the windows have ever looked after he finished. Left one screen off on garage window in back but I just snapped it back in place. Arrived on time and spent the needed time to get the job done right. Used protectors on the ladder rails to prevent scratching paint job on home. Cloths used on flooring to catch any spills. Very satisfied. Will use again.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Ty Window Cleaning. He was excellent. The windows went from being hard to see out of to being crystal clear. He just did a great job. He's very good, very calm and very professional.

Buyers should understand how to count window panes. Every piece of glass that is separated from another by a frame is a separate pane. So a standard window that you open horizontally or vertically counts as 2 panes. I have small accent windows over several regular windows and they're counted as another pane so the price can really shoot up when you account for all that.

The Big Deal did not cover all my windows, which I had read in the fine print, so when Ty called to schedule an appointment we discussed the additional windows and cost. He was up front, honest and did a quick, efficient, perfect job. I did not realize how grimey the windows had gotten!

It turned out very well, did an excellent job and was very quick. He called to tell me when he was coming. He had a lot of traveling that day and kept me up to date. He was tidy and courteous and I have no complaints. The pricing was good, quality was excellent, as well as professional, punctuality and responsiveness.
