They did an excellent job! Meticulous about the windows and keeping our house clean while doing their work. I am VERY picky and they exceeded my expectations. Really nice guys too!

We had more windows than he was offering, and so we had to pay more. He did a good job, and he was in and out, but our house was much bigger than what was in the big deal, and I got a really good deal, because he honored it even with the house size. He was courteous, fast, and professional. He called right away to schedule it after I bought the big deal. He was there right when he said he was going to be. He has another big deal out there, and so I will be using it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. He did a good job and he and his associate were very friendly. I just did was not happy with the cleaning up of the tracks in the windows. I did mention it to them and they did come to redo that part.

They were really good cleaning the windows. They were punctual and really professional. I didn’t have all of my windows on the inside cleaned because I did the lower ones myself. They were very careful with the way they treated my home. There were no problems. There were no additional charges. I am thinking about calling them for some screens for some of my windows.

They were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do. They showed up on time and did a great job. The thing I like most about them is the quality of their work. Their price seemed pretty reasonable.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service on December 28, but they did not come out until recently because of winter weather. I had to pay $18 over the Big Deal price.

They did a good job. They were helpful and friendly. I was pleased with them. The job they did was great. I had no problems. They were efficient. I think I paid an extra $24 for a few more windows.

He did a great job on the windows! There was a limit to the amount of windows (by pane) he would do for that Big Deal and I thought we would be able to cover more windows. We ended up paying a little more to cover more of the windows. He did a great job, he was professional, and was easy to work. We would definitely have him back.

Ty is a very busy guy - so it took me awhile to get him to my house! I originally ordered him right after Labor Day - his next available was 10/4/13...a month later! I was trying to get my house on the market to sell - so was kind of in a hurry. I was super bummed when it snowed on 10/4 -which meant putting the cleaning off even longer.. Ty called and said with the snow coming if we could reschedule - which was very thoughtful. I explained my situation and he "squeezed me in". I was out of town on business so my kids met him at the house. There was a window in the bedroom that the seal had broken and had condensation - Ty had my daughter call me and explain the reason why the window would look like it had not been cleaned. Which I also that was a great sign of customer service! I would recommend Ty to all - and would use him again!

Ty & his assistant cleaned all of my windows, inside and out, thoroughly and quickly. The results were amazing! I know I will use them again.

Talked with TY, found out he charges by the pane not the number of windows. It was going to be an extra $180.00 in addition to the $150.00 paid. I am not in a position to incur that additional cost. He suggested I get a refund. Work will not be preformed at this time

I caution anyone considering having windows cleaned to be cautious about the price quoted, as Ty Window Cleaning demonstrates. The key item is what constitutes a "window". If you go to Home Depot and buy a window, it typically comes with a fixed and sliding portion - two "panes". Ty Window, like most of the others, considers this to be "2 windows" rather than "2 panes". So if you count 10 windows in your house, you will actually pay for 20 panes. I found another provided who was straightforward, reasonable and did a great job, without the play on words. Ty Windows isn't really at fault given the advertised service or the price, but the true cost per window is not what it seems.

They (2) were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. They brought all their own equipment, and left the house clean. They provided information on the conditions of the windows and screens.

Prompt return calls. Thorough cleaning including screens. A little extra cost for windows exceeding the number covered in the Angie's list promotion. Will definitely call on them next year.

We had a tricky time scheduling as Ty's business is very popular (because he's so good). When we found a date that worked Ty had to send one of his staff to do the work as he and his wife were going to have a baby any minute. Belated congratulations by the way. The young gent who did the work did a great job and was on time. He was very friendly and left our place cleaner than he found it.

Ty and his staff did a great job - went above and beyond by cleaning remnants of recent window-frame staining job completed by contractor. We will definitely use the service again. The only problem is getting over the sticker-shock of paying so much for window-cleaning - for our whole house we will be paying about $300.

It went very well. Ty and his partner arrived and went right to work and cleaned all of the windows. Very cordial young men and willing to do all that was requested. Very quick and efficient.
