Description of Work: I set up this appt for my mother while I was visiting. She doesn't higher people to do jobs she can do herself. Being that she is getting older, she asked if I could find someone to clean her windows. She is not easy to please! After the appt she could not have been more complimentary about this company and she would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: There was absolutely no problem with the provider. He called promptly, was very pleasant and scheduled the service. Unfortunately due to circumstances on my side I won't be able to use the service which is why I am asking for a refund. However when I am able to schedule a window cleaning I will definitely use this provider as my experience thus far was nothing but pleasant.

Description of Work: The provider came late and wanted three times the amount as payment for the windows for just the downstairs windows. He explained that since we have French Panels on some of our windows we would have to pay significantly more. We have had our windows cleaned for many years by different vendors and typically have paid around $200 for the inside and outside windows for the whole house so we knew that this request for additional payment over and above what we paid for the Coupon was way too high.

Description of Work: Ty Window cleaning performed over expectations. They cleaned every window inside and out, but also cleaned the frames, tracks, sills, etc. Great job and very pleasant. Cleaned up completely after job. We had them do 3 townhouses today and we were all very satisfied.
