I am a business coach for high performance clients. When I interviewed David I quickly discerned he was a high performance realtor. Our work with him only confirmed my assessment. From his experience as a mortgage broker he need the upper end of where to price our home, he was effective at eliminating multiple demands from the buyer, he recommended a great but inexpensive roofer to replace our roof, and at our closing he found a $133 error in our favor. You will have the competitive advantage if you have him on your side. Finally, he gave me a great strategy to find a top realtor in North Carolina and how to get a rebate back on the commission they get in the purchase of a new home which we succeeded at doing.

David and Amanda had multiple transactions to do for me and my family and they did a great job handling them all. They were knowledgable and helpful and always responsive to my needs regarding my home and my future home.

David and another team member worked together to help us sell our old home and buy a new one. The rates were great and they had lots of tips for us along the way. Although a stressful process regardless, everything worked out smoothly thanks to the entire team. Amanda knows her stuff and is on top of every little detail. She's helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

David and Amanda did a wonderful job marketing my house and getting it sold. They communicated directly with me at every stage of the process and accurately put together all the paperwork. They negotiated with the buyers making sure my interests were served. The closing went very well and went off without a hitch. David and Amanda were simply wonderful to work with.

The Don'ts - Never just accept a verbal interaction with any realtor. Get it all in writing on the spot or ASAP. We needed a certain amount of money from the sale of our home - our current realtor understood this (she even kept the notes of the numbers that were discussed the day we met her). Later she came to us and wanted to lower the price on our home. Yes, even in this current market of bidding on homes! We told her we could not lower the price. She verbally stated to the both of us she would lower her commission "so you will end up with the same amount at closing" since she was lowering the sales price for the buyers. I might add she was also the realtor for the buyers when they were selling their home! Her husband was also the lender for our buyers! Later she denied telling us she would lower her commission. We told her we could not close on the deal walking away with almost $20,000.00 less that what was originally agreed. Eventually (through threats of contacting the Real Estate Commission) the lower commission was sent in a document form. David was our source of what was needed, as far as the correct documents, and our resources if we felt we were being falsely represented. We would have been down the creek without a paddle without David's expertise and knowledge. He also never made us wait for an answer. He would either phone or email right away. The moral? Listen to friends and family when they really do know of a great realtor. My son told us about David, but we didn't listen. We found someone we did not know but trusted and it did not go so well.

The purchase of our home went smoothly and without a hitch. In fact we were able to close two weeks earlier than expected

David was very professional and got my house sold quickly. We had a couple of tricky buyers and David was always looking out for my interests. He kept the buyers from backing out of a deal for some ridiculous reasons and thankfully we ended up closing with them. I would recommend him again.

We wanted to see some homes in the area and called David's office to get things started. He asked a few questions and then sent us information on possible matches online where we could mark the ones we wanted to see. He arranged the showings for us and helped us make an offer on the house we wanted to go with. He and his team guided us through the whole process and kept us on track with the many deadlines along way to closing. The paperwork was all electronic and signing was easy and convenient. We felt that he communicated with us as needed to keep things moving and that he did not bother us with extraneous messages or put any type of hard sell on us. We have been thrilled with him and his team and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

It went great! David and Amanda took over the sale of my house early in the summer of 2014 and we had two contracts fall through due to circumstances beyond our control. By the fall I was pretty frustrated, but David and Amanda stuck by me and together we persevered. By October we were able to get the house back on MLS and quickly had a contract. We closed on Christmas Eve for more than my asking price! I can't say enough about this team. Simply professional and highly competent throughout the process and LOYAL to me and my family's interest above all! .

Back in early July we told David that we were going to start testing the market and see whats out there. He asked my wife and I a few questions to get an idea of what we are looking for in a home for our family. We told him we will definitely let you know when we are ready to pull the trigger. Never once was he pushy in the time we asked for. If we called with questions he would always have an answer or would do the research and provide a validated answer. Once we got everything in line and we were approved for our home loan we made the call to find our dream home. He asked a lot questions and really made an effort to find specific houses to show us. That wasn't an easy process, my wife and I both had a few different ideas of what we wanted. David stayed very neutral and presented pros and cons to every property. He had a lot of knowledge even when it came to the little details and really help guide us as first time home buyers. He was very dedicated and showed us houses convenient to our schedules. We finally found a house that we really liked and we decided to put an offer David did all the paper work however, the following day another beautiful house came up on the MLS. Even though David had already worked to process the offer on the other house he didn't hesitate to show us the house even though we were already under contract with the prior house. This house ended up being our dream home with absolutely everything we wanted no compromises! Overall, we are more then happy and highly recommend David hands down! Thank you

Dave was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to any questions or requests. He was not pushy and was straightforward. He listens to what the customer is looking for in a house and will provide listings that match those wants and needs. Dave wants to get the best deal for his customers and has there best interest in mind.

Responded with calls when I called him, texts with texts, and emails with emails. Up until the closing on the house, I felt like he was being straight with me and that I was making well informed decisions.

Expertise and professionalism that contributed to us finding and closing on our first home in about a month. We called David on a Friday night and he had 11 comparable homes lined up for the next day. Truly impressed with David and his ability to act quickly on such short notice, which was evident all the way through closing. There was not a question or concern that we had that David could not answer. The process was surprisingly smooth compared to what most describe in purchasing a home and I would largely attribute this to David and staff. We had several hiccups** along the way that would have been disastrous, including financially to us, that David either solved or mitigated with ease. I already have recommended him several times to my closest friends & family and would to anyone looking to purchase/rent in the general vicinity of the Denver area (s).

David was FANTASTIC! I am a senior, and I wanted to move into a newer patio home that required very little maintenance. Unfortunately, all of the ranch patio homes in the areas I wanted, seemed to be well beyond my budget. I had approximately $100k down but only limited fixed monthly income, which meant that I couldn't qualify for the payment on the remaining amount that the patio homes would require me to finance. I spoke with a few other agents, who all told me that I simply wouldn't be able to afford the places I wanted, and that I would have to settle for a much cheaper condo to fit my budget. Then I came in contact with David, and he was an absolute GOD-SEND! He told me about a new government backed, reverse mortgage purchase program. I'd heard of reverse mortgages before being used to take money out of an existing home, but I never knew that they could be used to purchase a home. David put me in touch with a reverse mortgage lender, who was able to fully explain the program. As it turns out, the reverse mortgage purchase allowed me to buy a patio home with only the money I had for a down payment. The beautiful part is, that the reverse mortgage has absolutely no monthly payment! Not only was David able to get me into the patio home I wanted (the same one the other agents told me I couldn't afford)... but he did it with absolutely NO monthly payment for the rest of my life! After I realized that I could get the patio home I wanted, I knew that I also needed to get my current home sold. David took the listing, and did a fantastic job of getting it sold quickly, and very close to my asking price
