Rusty's performed well. Meet their deadlines and were extremely cooperative. Overall, a great experience.

From the way the conversation progressed, it sounded like they obviously didn't want my business. Excuses ranged from fabric would likely be impossible to obtain to the repair would be so expensive, it would be better to simply replace the piece of furniture. I can understand it may be difficult to find fabric to replace the damaged material, but the person I spoke to on the phone made it clear it really wasn't worth their time or effort. In the end, I found the local Sofa Mart was selling a closeout sectional piece with the same fabric for a great deal, so I will be contacting another local upholstery place in Fort Collins to see about an estimate.

Rusty's is amazing! Their work was superb, my items were delivered as promised and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Rusty's. Their communication is excellent.

Dealing with Kate was such a pleasure. She was personable and helpful - very professional. All of the employees I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The work was done in an extremely timely manner and the job was done beautifully. My expectations were more than met. I would not hesitate to work with this business again and would highly recommend them.

These folks remade a very old pair of box springs for me. They are great--they do good work, are a pleasure to work with and keep their word. They arrived when they said they would and did the work faster than promised. Very quick. Very professional. Thanks so much.

Went to Rusty's because their prices were much more reasonable than other Northern CO locations and we like to support family businesses. They have a large selection of fabric to pick from (you could also bring your own if you find it elsewhere) and really helped us make a decision on what would look best and work best for our family. During the work, they took all of the fabric and stuffing off the chairs and completely replaced it. They are not a wood shop, but do touch up any parts of wood that may need it. Our order was done on time and we had great communication from everyone there. Highly recommended!
