He wasn't able to finish the first day so we scheduled another day to finish the job. Not only did he finish the job, he actually was able to come a day early (he called ahead to make sure it was ok!). The work was done well and to my satisfaction. Robert was professional, easy to work with and prompt. I would definitely hire Robert again!

He has knowledge on a wide range of repairs and installations. Robert also had great communication and WAS ON TIME (actually early) which almost never happens with contractors. + -1 moreI needed a custom railing with balusters installed where a wall had been removed to pass inspection for the sale of my house. I was originally quoted $800, which I thought was the total cost for parts and labor, then received an invoice for $1,000 when it was completed. The balusters are not evenly spaced. At the bottom of the stairs, the balusters are close together and towards the top of the railing they are spaced much farther apart, and they are not level. In the picture, at the far right of the railing, the wall is level. Compare that section of wall with the angle of the balusters. Otherwise, spacing and leveling failures aside, the guardrail looks good.

+ 0 moreI called Robert to look at a few problems we were having in our spare bathroom. Robert gave us a quote to replace the bathroom faucet and replace the old wax ring on the toilet. His price was much cheaper than the other quotes we had. So we hired him to do the work. He replaced the faucet and rebuilt the toilet tank innards. He also had to replace the wax ring and seal the toilet base. Robert was an absolute magician with toilets. We would highly recommend his work to anyone. 5 stars

-Painting is able but prefer smaller painting jobs maybe a bedroom or two and only interior painting I hope to expand the exterior painting, but at this time, not willing to practice on a potential clients home
-Minor Drywall repairs
-Minor appliance replace
-Minor electrical but not a electrician ( fully capable of replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, anything in that category I am completely capable of doing)
-Able to do small landscaping jobs, snow removal, add or remove of mulch, installing pavers, and anything else that can be considered a one-man job.
-Repairing blind/replacing blind also able to repair a replace vertical blinds.
Might be other things I may not have listed but just about anything around the house I’m fully capable of doing.
