We have had two gas fireplaces installed in our home by Reign of Fire over a period of five years, and have been completely satisfied! One was an insert into an existing wood fireplace and chimney. The second was replacing an ancient “builder’s gas fireplace” (no firebox or chimney) and direct venting through the roof. The second job involved modifications of the space to accommodate a see-through fireplace, and Reign of Fire even recommended a fantastic stone mason who created a stone surround in both rooms, including mantles made of reclaimed wood and a one-piece hearthstone. It’s so awesome we were almost sad for summer to arrive—we used it every day! From our first question, through planning and installation, everyone at Reign of Fire was patient, helpful, supportive, professional, trustworthy, and reliable. We highly recommend Reign of Fire.

They did an excellent job of installing the new fireplace insert, connecting the gas lines, and working the lines for in the chimney. I would hire them again.

They sent an estimate person out to give us estimates on two different projects. We agreed with both and they started work on first project within 3 days and completed in 2 hours. We intend to start second project when landscaping begins. They were on time and professional. Would definitely use again

The technician was on time and went right to work. He had all the tools and parts needed for the job . When he needed a little help ,other techs showed up and helped with no delay. The job was well thought out and planned ,I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I would highly recommend this company.

The bid was well below another estimate we received, and Brian, who provided the estimate, was very professional and had a can-do attitude. Colby, the installer, arrived on time and did an excellent demo, being careful to preserve the drywall around the fireplace to make re-tiling easier. He completed the project in a few hours and even helped us re-hang our TV on the mount over the fireplace when he was done.

It went great. They picked up the fireplace and venting materials to bring to the house. They did a good job on the install, and cared about working the venting around another project we are working on. They were responsive and communicative from the first contact through the install. We were very happy with them and would use them again.

I've spoken to and worked with three members of this company during this process and each of them has demonstrated signs similar to the those of children afraid of getting in trouble for making a mistake. They lied on multiple insurance recordings about the incident. This reflects poorly on their business as the employees are dishonest and self serving. THere is no reason to trust any of them, even the CEO. THey don't care about the people they hurt, they only care about their image, which is why they have persued us to remove our internet reviews of the dishonest members of this company. Unless the have a change of heart and make this right, I would never trust them in my home or business, and neither should any of you. I don't say this out of anger, these are facts. Avoid Reign of Fire.

Amazing!!!!! I love these guys! They came out and installed two gas fireplaces. I had a very hard time finding someone that would come up to the mountains to do the work. Most of the other companies made sure I knew that they would be losing money and a days work if they came out. Well I'm so glad to have found these guys. Not only did they come out quickly and install the fireplaces quickly they were well priced and very, very professional. We even needed them to come out again to re-install our fireplace in the family room after our construction guys had to run lines under the fireplace. After my first experience trying to get someone to come up to us I wasn't sure if they would come up and re-install just one this time. But, sure enough they came right up and didn't charge us a fortune and didn't complain about the distance. Give these guys a chance, you will be very pleased.

Earlier this Summer I was struggling to find a company with qualified individuals to install a gas line and hook up my new gas fireplace in Evergreen. The competition was able to quote me prices but each time I mentioned that they failed to provide an accurate quote with all services that I requested the prices continued to go up. As you know just because you finalize scope doesn't necessarily mean that the price should be higher. Thankfully I found Reign of Fire because I couldn't be more pleased with how they handled the initial Sales call to the actual installation and return visits to make sure everything was operating properly. They explained how the process worked and everything turned out perfect! FIVE STARS OUT OF FIVE. -Patrick

Jeff at Reign of Fire came out to give us an estimate of what it would cost to provide a gas line for a new fire pit and barbeque grill that we were putting in on our deck. He left us with his estimate and we ultimately decided to go with him for the work. His guys showed up right when they promised they would, they did the job professionally and to our expectations, and then followed up with an adjustment when the deck railings conflicted with the grill gas line. We had one further issue with the fire pit that they took care of right away when we contacted him. Very responsive, helpful and courteous employees and owner! Highly recommend.
