Paramount was AMAZING! We bought a condo that was eleven kinds of UGLY, and Ryan and his team came up with a design that was in budget, made smart recommendations, and did the work beautifully. They even figured out a way to put cool tile on the ceiling to resolve to weird recesses in the hallway. This would be the FIRST place I would call for any future remodel.

Overall, it went very well. There was a slight delay in getting started because of scheduling; however, once begun the work progressed on time with only occasional 1 day delays due to subcontractor schedules. The team at Paramount was flexible and accommodating of our needs including changes. The quality of the work was excellent. Structural remodel with new sheet rock and texture was truly outstanding. Design was great, excellent choices and a coordinated detailed plan and layout. The digital detailed layout was a key feature in using Paramount. A special call out for the outstanding job done by Mike and Max on both design and construction. We had a small dark Galley kitchen in our townhouse and now we have a modern, spacious, light filled kitchen with lots of storage, modern infrastructure and a very pleasing design. Highly recommend Paramount.

Unorganized crew. Lack of leadership and not enough employees to meet the promises of their current customers. They cant seem to keep staff and nobody knows who's in charge or what each other is doing. No attention to detail. I gave them their punch list....not the site leader. Timeline for project took twice as long as promised. I had to call regularly to find out who was supposed to come out. Trades weren't showing on a regular basis. Extremely frustrating.

We're grateful to Uncle Brian's Home Improvements for bringing us through this remodel with such professionalism, patience, good humor, and informed oversight. We are incredibly happy with the new kitchen; it is everything we could have hoped for and more. Brian was caring, knowledgable, and attentive, taking our ideas and helping us to improve on them in ways that enhanced the space we were remodeling while ensuring we didn't overextend ourselves on the budget. He was active in overseeing and participating in almost every part of the work, from demo through to appliance installation, and he and his crew were particularly careful to clean up after themselves every day (which was important since the whole house was in use throughout the remodel -- by a family of six). For quality work, customer service, experience, and professionalism, UBHI is in a class of their own. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

Prior to tear down asbestos testing was done and I had to complete mitigation prior to any tear down was done. I appreciated that the company cared about me and their employees to have the testing done prior to taking down a wall. They were very accommodating with my work schedule (worked some night shifts during the remodel). The team asked my input many times during the process and they were receptive to my suggestions. The end result was awesome! I love my new kitchen!!

Went as well as we could have hoped. There were a lot of pretty major items that we were trying to squeeze into a short time frame, and Paramount did a good job with the initial planning of the different parts and breaking things up into manageable sub-projects. Mike accommodated our schedule and was very patient while we met to pick out all the flooring, tile, countertops and fixture details.The full time workers they used were exceptional, very friendly and very knowledgeable and thorough. We were very confident in their abilities to take all the off square edges and corners of tract housing and work around those issues so as not to leave anything looking off kilter. They also did a great job keeping track of our dog and cat while they were working to make sure they didn't escape. After a lot of the big work was complete, it was a little hard to get the various fnishing items scheduled as quickly as I would have liked, which I think was because of an abundance of other work and some laborers that weren't working out for various reasons...just a lot of pieces they were juggling with other projects. They did take care of everything that we had requested, and the work overall was well done. Would recommend. Several before and after pictures are attached.

Overall a great job. The actual work was done very well. There were a few issues due to back ordered items which caused the timeline to be pushed out a few weeks but overall the job was done and I would hire again.

Although the project took longer than initially expected, I would say that things went very well and I would recommend them to my family and friends. All of their workers were polite and professional and did a nice job with their work. Their pricing was reasonable and I feel I got a good value for what I paid.

Went great. I love the family owned business vibe. Ryan (my Consultant) is more like a friend than a consultant. Jared and Dusty, Tony, Ed and my bud Antonio are all great guys and do good work. If I had a child Id let them watch it. They are all jack of all trades. Jared especially went out of his way to help me out. Max (the owner) is very engaged to get the project going. If youre going to spend this kind of money, these are your guys. Ill probably make them do all my future projects just so i can bug em.

My wife and I are evaluating a new home. They house is currently being built and the basement is an optional upgrade. I felt the quote they gave us was a little high so I sent the design onto Levi to quote as well. He told me he would come in at the same price as them but worried he would void the home warranty. He also told me it should be a little cheaper for them to do since they would not have to cut into concrete or apply for additional permits. He gave me great tips on how to negotiate with the builder. We still are not sure what we are going to do, but it working with the builder becomes a pain, we would not hesitate in hiring Paramount.

Incredible. There was never a point in the project we questioned our decision to work with Mike and Paramount. We are so happy with the remodel and how everything turned out. Workers always showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and did amazing work. Would definitely hire again.

Excellent, everyone who came out was very professional and courteous! Mike worked with us on the few changes we wanted to make along the way, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! My only minor issues was there were times where communication seemed lacking at times but once the work got started it was quick! The bid was also one of the best priced bids (by a lot) we received out of several bids.

I'd give them an "A" overall for the estimate. I'd use them again for an estimate. I didn't end up going with them, their cost was too high. The process was very good, they were thorough and very thoughtful.

The project went well and the quality of the work was superb.

I tried to contact them twice and never got a response. I guess they have plenty of business.

We had a person from this company come out to our house named Mike and went over with us a kitchen remodel. He took measurements and told us a basic price but that we would have to meet and go over plans and pick items to get a full quote. We were planning on meeting with him on a Saturday to go over pricing and plans, btw we told them in the beginning that we were just getting bids at that point. So the next Friday I got a call from Mike telling me he would not have the stuff complete for us to meet that Saturday (my husband and I had no clue we were meeting him as we had prior engagements) so we planned for the following Saturday. I got a call on Friday from Mike to confirm my appointment for the next day around noon. I had spaced the appointment through the week as I was meeting with other contractors and different people for cabinets and such. My husband and I talked and decided that we would cancel the appointment and go with a different contractor. I texted Mike as I was at work and do not like to make personal calls (everyone knowing my business) at work. I told him we were going to cancel as we were going to go a different route. He texted me back as to what the meant...I would think anyone would understand that and not have to ask but he did so I apologized for the inconvenience and told him we were going to go with another contractor. I assumed if I was to get a response it would be nice and just say OK. Oh not I got a nasty text back say "Thanks for wasting my time". I could have just not shown up!!! I at least notified you that we would not be coming because we chose to go with someone else. I would NEVER recommend this company as they may do good work but the customer service and the way they treat people is horrible. I am so glad we did not go with them. I am afraid of what would have been said to me if I did not like something or wanted a change. BTW I am beyond happy with the person we went with. My house looks AMAZING and he does GREAT work and has been nothing but pleasant to me and my family from day 1.

Good, Paramount guys did quality works at a reasonable price. Some of their subs (countertops) were only okay.

They did an exceptionally fine job. Mike, Max, Tony, and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. When there was an issue, they were responsive and understanding. When they demolished the old bathroom, we faced an unexpected problem with mold that required them to replace some of the framing and even part of the wall in an adjoining bedroom. They took care of it carefully and professionally and at an added cost that I considered extremely reasonable given the scope of the issue. Any added costs along the way were explained and reasonable, and the final cost had no surprises. I give this company my highest recommendation. Thanks, Paramount.

Very well. Only issue was length of time to get a replacements for a damaged drawer front and a warped door. First blind corner unit would not work because the corner cabinet was next to the stove. Second corner unit would not fit at first, but did after modifications were made to the cabinet. Paramount was great working through this to get a unit that worked.

We were very pleased with Paramount Remodeling. We bought an older home that has needed an extensive amount of updating. This is our 5th home project and we are very pleased with Paramount remodeling. They are the first contractor that we would use again for a project. Their attention to detail and communication are amazing. We are also incredibly meticulous and persistent in having the project done right and Max and Mike were alway on top of this before we even needed to say anything. We highly recommend Paramount and hope to use them again.

We did not hire a designer to save on the budget and because we knew what we wanted to do. Mike and his team helped immensely in design and choice of finishes. They stuck to the given budget and were extremely responsive and communicative. We are thrilled with the new kitchen and would use them again if possible. Very satisfied!

There was a mixup with our cabinets at first but that was resolved that morning . Levi and the builder worked it out and we had our new cabinets less than a week later. We are very pleased with the final product. As with all projects there's questions and concerns along the way. Ryan and Levi were very easy to work with, both were willing to answer questions and concerns and if needed come out and look over what was bothering me. I never felt ignored when I contacted them. I liked the men who did all of the construction, the installation, electricity, counters and plumbing and backsplash. All were knowledgeable and friendly.

We are very happy with our new bathroom. Paramount was able to completely change the look and had great ideas to create a functional, but beautiful bathroom. It needed to be completely gutted and redone and there was water damage underneath the floor. They did a great job of replacing the subfloor and putting a great new tub and tile on top. Mike Capps came up with a great modern design that fit within our budget. They also did a great job of checking in after the project was done to fix any small issues or other concerns we had. In the end the bathroom looks great and we have had no problems come up. Paramount Remodeling does high quality and beautiful work. I would highly recommend them!

Everything went really well. They were on time and if a delay was going to happen Mike was very quick in letting me know and keeping me updated. The timely and open communication with Mike was key in making this project run smoothly. The quality of the work was really good too and I would not hesitate in hiring them again for other remodeling projects.

We worked with Mike on our design and Max on the project. We had a beautiful design from Mike that we moved forward with. He helped us pick cabinets, granite, hardware, fixtures and lighting. He was very good to work with. We had asbestos abatement in for the wall that was removed. Max was on site numerous times to check on the progress and very responsive to our concerns. The carpenters and electricians (subs) were excellent. We had some minor issues with the granite and plumbing subs but Max worked out the issues quickly. We were a few days late in making the schedule but we think it was mostly due to the holidays (Christmas and New Years). We went over budget but we upgraded our electrical and granite. We are very pleased with our new kitchen!
