It went very smoothly, they came out and measured all windows, showed me samples of windows and provided me a quote for all new windows and installation. The whole experience was really nice, and Paramount follows through on everything. They made sure that everything went smoothly and stayed in touch until the job was completely done.

The Paramount team is very responsive and above all communicative (which is extremely important and a must in order for us to recommend them to our clients). All the work has been completed in a timely fashion and Levi and Max have come up with creative solutions when dealing with unexpected surprises on site. We highly recommend Paramount!

Paramount Remodeling Company, Inc. is a class act! They executed as promised! They flawlessly coordinated with sub-contractors of our choice. They performed all demolition, removal and construction in a professional and timely manner leaving the area(s) clean at the end of each work day. In both projects, we made changes and added items to each of the original contracts. The total 'Cost' reflects those changes! We have recommended recommend and plan to recommend Paramount Redevelopment Company, Inc., 'Max' Maxwell and Levi Maxwell are straight and deal in an open fashion. If we or they have a question or concern for the other, we merely asked for a conference and addressed the issuer(s) to mutual satisfaction! Paramount employees have been on time nearly 100% of time. They have always been good workers and shown courtesy towards us, our family and visitors.

Extremely happy with the outcome and after being in the remodel now for over 5 years we still love it! Max, Levi and their crew were on time and within our budget. We had a small window to have the project completed and their coordination of their sub contractors were spot on. Their own crew managed and performed the demolition and all of the new carpentry work including framing, new trim work, front patio design and construction, installation of cabinets and appliances and all new Pella Windows. Paramount installed all new floor and bathroom tile. Their employees were prompt and professional and all sub contractors were as well. They worked seamlessly with our architect on any issue and were accommodating on any in progress changes that were requested. I would recommend them for any work needed!

I couldn't be more pleased, the basement is beautiful and the workmanship is impeccable!! Max and Levi, the owners, are wonderful people to work with and very responsive to ideas, questions and the changes that inevitably come up when working on a so-called "unfinished canvas". They are very fair and reasonable when cost expenditures are discussed and are more than willing to offer other solutions in any given situation.I would highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

They're slow but they're great. They are a lot of fun, they did fabulous work and it was incredible. They were good and I would use those guys again. They remodeled the whole kitchen, they tore it out and rebuilt the kitchen, and a small downstairs bathroom, it's kind of a powder room with a shower.

We met with a designer, then in a second meeting decided on floor and cabinet colors as well as the layout in May. Work was to begin e beginning of July but was delayed until the middle of July. They helped us move furniture out for flooring and all furniture had to be out which was stored in e garage. Tear out was a day, floor install was 2 days . The next week was cabinet install after electric was started. Then we waited for counter tops. The entire job took 4weeks. We did the painting. Overall a great price for an updated look with a focus on the finished product working well and looking good.

It went ok. The appt was set up pretty promptly, but then the turnaround of the sketches was a bit delayed. I believe there was a death in the family, so I am not holding anoyone fully accountable for the delay. In fact, we haven't yet responded to them in regards to a plan due to unforseen circumstances on our end, so we are looking forward to moving forward with the project.

We did not choose to go with this provider due to price and they use sub-contractor's for all of their work. Levi came and measured and talked with us and he was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge, he said he would have a bid to us the next day and he did along with a drawing of a floor plan.

Initial contact with Levi was fast via email. He did measurements of our basement and we had a few conversations about our thoughts and needs. He returned plans a few weeks later.

This was a great starting point for us on our kitchen remodel. They were very easy to deal with and very knowledgable. While we didn't end up using this design as our "final" it really helped to talk and work with someone in the business to get our ideas cooking!

The best thing about Paramount Remodeling was their responsiveness. They always answer the phone and respond to every single text. The communication was excellent and helped keep the project on schedule. They also noticed our engineer messed up the plans for our load bearing wall removal, notified us immediately, had the engineer come over, and rebuilt the load bearing areas -- if we didn't have Paramount things could have gone terribly wrong! Excellent knowledge and good quality subcontractors as well. They also went out and found 100 year old barn wood that we wanted to install for our post, then they built the custom post -- gorgeous! We had a very pleasant experience and would recommend them -- definitely worth paying a little more upfront.

They then sent us kitchen design and estimate. We did not use it. They were way too expensive. However they were very nice. I'm sure if we had decided to remodel our kitchen, they would have worked with us on the design and pricing.

I never received a response

It went great. Max, Kyle and Tony did a great job. They encountered a slightly bowed wall but were able to do the installation making the unit fit perfectly. Max handcrafted the tops for the desk, cabinets and credenza and they matched the rest of the units perfectly. We will be using them for a much larger project of finishing a large portion of our basement. The project was done on time and within budget. Levi who prepared the bid and drawings is an excellent communicator and kept me informed at all stages of the planning and construction process. I would highly recommend this company and their sub contractors.!!!

Trish Pachak with Paramount met with me to discuss my basement finishing project. She took detailed measurements, and spent over an hour discussing the project with me. She said she would be back in touch with me but never called or emailed. I left a message on her cell phone, but it was never returned. This seemed very odd since she was extremely responsive up to that point.

We completed a long time ago. They gave me the drawings and everything but we decided not to do the project but he came over and got everything fine and got me everything. It's just that my daughter was planning on moving in then she decided not to. So we didn't go ahead with a thing but he did everything very well. I scheduled and within a week he was out there. He came out and did the measurements and he came out and already did the drawings, he had a program that did that. He sent the drawings to me complete with estimates and all the things that we needed to get, to go down and get stuff from the city as far as it applies to the building permits. It's just I decided not to go through with the project. But he did everything that he was supposed to. He did a very, very good job. I don't know about price because it did not go out and quote it with anybody else so I don't know if I can really quote that. We just did the one quote with him. We sat down and discussed it and they decided that they wanted to do something different.

They came out and they looked at stuff, but there wasn't any ingenuity in the suggestions that they came up with and I felt I could have done it better myself. They did what they said they would in the big deal that I had purchased, but they didn't show any kind of design inventiveness at all in what they did. The price was really inexpensive.

Trish came out to perform the initial in-home meeting. While I had provided detailed drawings of my own, I was slightly surprised that she took no measurements during her visit. 2 weeks passed before I heard from her. She had lost my original contact information. Prior to that there was no back and forth over email, etc. the way that there was with the other contractors who were bidding for us to ensure that what she was working on was what we were expecting. She indicated that she would send me the bid the following day. It arrived 3 days later via email. All of the other contractors either met with us in person to review their bid or scheduled a conference call. There was only a 2D rendering and a slightly incorrect 3D rendering of the kitchen/wet bar area only. Nothing for the rest of the basement, no electrical plans, or other documentation that we had received from the other contractors. There were several items that we had discussed during the initial meeting that I felt were left out of the bid. Her price was the most expensive of any of the contractors we met with, and was 25% more expensive then the 2nd most expensive contractor.

The experience was excellent. They came out right away and gave some suggestions. There were no other additional charges other than what was offered in the big deal purchase. I thought they were very quick, seemed very knowledgeable, and competent. They really wanted the business. They were personally invested in the response.

A phone call was never received from the company and it has been five days since I first called. We will not be doing business with this company should they bother to call us back.

I will report on the finished product.

They put up with all of our idiosyncratic requests - including LED lighting, Ikea cabinets, High tech thermostats, Amazon.com chandeliers, Costco backsplash and bamboo flooring, unboxed appliances from multiple vendors, and Ikea's granite vendor - without a whimper. They put everything together seamlessly and the end product was completed promptly and efficiently. Our new kitchen is spectacular! Thanks so much - Levi, Max, Scott, Tony, Kyle and everyone else who helped!

One of the reasons we selected Paramount was because of Levi. He is a professional, we could tell he was trustworthy, he was prompt for our meetings before and after we hired him, and he met my communication style, which is important for me. Also, the bid was a good price. Because of my job, it?s easiest to communicate by email and Levi worked with email wonderfully. He paid attention to each question and answered each one, his responses were understandable and well written. When I needed to communicate by phone, though, Levi could always be reached immediately. When he needed to contact me, I wasn?t quite as easy as he was to reach, but I tried to be. Levi provided us with a printed schedule. I really liked that because it told what date each part of the job was going to start and how long it would take. It included the start and finish dates. He was almost right-on with the end date. In fact, everything was almost completely finished by the end date, but the few stragglers kept it going about a week longer. That extra stretch of time could have been eliminated if he would have inspected immediately after each part was finished so he could have caught things and gotten them fixed right away. One example is the men who installed the baseboards somehow neglected to add the baseboard to a small section in the corner of the room by the closet. The first thing that Paramount did was dig out the two bedroom window wells. I was so nervous ahead of that because it required they use a tractor to dig out a lot of dirt ? I was worried about the landscaping. It turned out great and we LOVE the large window wells! Large window wells is one building code I agree with. You feel totally safe in that you can easily get out of the basement in an emergency. It looks like they did a great job putting the landscaping back and looking just like it did before - time will tell to see if it stays in place and doesn't sink, etc. since they did their work in the winter. Levi and his crew are dependable, timely, and nice guys. It was a pleasure having them around. At the very beginning of the job, we were unsure about wall placement. He worked with us patiently, gave us ideas, and we got it perfected so that we love our new basement rooms. Although we put a lot of thought into it beforehand, we also weren't sure about the placement of some light switches and ceiling (can) lights, and the electrician helped us figure it out.

Overall we thought it went well. They ordered the cabinets last year and started the project a little before the cabinets arrived. Most of the work was complete in a few weeks whereby we could use the kitchen. Had some small items carry over the next few weeks after they completed the majority of the project.
