Description of Work: I was locked out of my computer. Mike responded on the day that I called and quickly solved my problem. I was impressed with his professionalism and would recommend him.

Description of Work: We had what we thought were major computer problems with our home computer that contains personal and business files, but within a matter of minutes Mike had the problems identified and the solution happening. Mike explained everything he was doing as he worked, he was very efficient with his time, and not only solved the problems, but gave us a suggestion that would save us money on our security software, and also how best to back up our files. We definitely would call on Mike again, and would highly recommend him for your home or business.

Description of Work: Came about 2 hours after I called him initially. He had a network card in his car - fixed our computer within a half hour.

Description of Work: Originally he was referred to me by someone else, and I was looking through my business at that time for a computer service technician, not hardware but software. I met Mike, he came out to the office and did exactly what I asked him to do and did it in a very professional and understanding way. He spoke in English and not Computer-ese. Subsequently I had him out to my house when my computer crashed. He gave me an honest bid for the work that needed to be done, saying what he felt he could do and what he couldn't do, and why he couldn't do it. He was helpful in answering any questions that I had. He was someone that I basically felt I could trust.
