Happy Roots has done an excellent job performing our weekly mowing and fertilizer application. The service team are punctual, pleasant and the office staff is always responsive and pleasant too.

We've been a customer for a few years now and we are always complemented on our lawn. They do an amazing job. Great service and great people!

Our lawn was in very rough shape when we bought our house last year. We had tried a few other lawn companies and were not satisfied with the service provided. I’m happy we found our way to Happy Roots because the service they provided over the past year has been absolutely incredible! As you can see in the before and after pictures, they completely revived our lawn. We started by addressing our sprinkler system and made the necessary repairs and additions to make sure we were on track with irrigation. Once we got on a regular schedule with watering, mowing, and fertilizing, our lawn came back to life. We have received several compliments from our neighbors and they all ask who we use for our lawn service. The communication from the Happy Roots office is always prompt and friendly. We will absolutely continue using Happy Roots for our lawn care needs!

Wish I could give them 6 stars, hands down the best lawn service! the staff is so nice and helpful. however, nice and helpful only gets you so far, their knowledge of Colorado lawns is unmatched. Ive been using Happy Roots for 3 years and my lawn is always pristine. Its nice to know that your lawn is healthy and green each year. Prices are incredibly reasonable and fair.

Our lawn has never looked better!!! We've tried all the big national lawn care sites and no one compares to Happy Roots. The staff is friendly and professional and Les and Rebecca are so wonderful to work with. They can put together a package that fits both your yard needs and your budget. None of the other companies I've come across will do that. We are very happy and plan to use Happy Roots for many years to come.

This company is the absolute BEST if you want to have a beautiful lawn. Other lawn companies were a big disappointment, so we tried Happy Roots out when we asked our neighbor who they used, as their lawn was stunningly beautiful. We will be in our third year of using them again, and I can't tell you how Happy Roots has improved the beauty and enjoyment of our lawn and entire property.

Outstanding service that has made staying in my home as a senior citizen comfortable. Happy Roots is like having a close family member taking care of my yard. The employees, from the office manager, to the care providers, to the owner, respond to my inquiries patiently and quickly. I love that I see the same crew throughout the year knowing that my concerns will be quickly and professionally addressed. My landscape has never looked better. IMPORTANT NOTEWORTHY DETAILS - Happy Roots goes so far beyond the service contract! If there is a sudden change in weather I receive an update on steps I may need to take - always giving me the option of having them come to my home to take care of things. Normal yearly services like aeration are scheduled by me at my convenience on their calendar when I get the reminder that the weather and conditions are appropriate, Finally, there are many different contract levels from a basic mowing type of package up to the service I love which is complete lawn care. In all the many years I have been a homeowner, I have never had a service that meant more to me than Happy Roots.

I have had Happy Roots take care of my yard for a few years now and have NEVER had a complaint. They are very friendly and great at taking care of your yard. My yard is LITERALLY one of the best looking yards in the neighborhood thanks to them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I've been very pleased. If have questions I call Rebecca and she provides helpful suggestions for lawn my lawn care and our yard has always looked green and well maintained! During this past winter I, unfortunately, didn't heed Les's advice to water our lawn for an hour once a week because of how dry it was. This resulted in my lawn developing a fungus that Happy Roots is helping us deal with. It is so comforting to know that I can call and ask questions and, if needed, Les or someone will come out to the house to help.. They came on time, everyone that I talked to was knowledgeable and polite.

I only contracted with Happy Roots this last summer when my front lawn was looking very sad, and I also knew I'd have to have the sprinkler system blown out before winter. My neighbors recommended them to me (always a good sign!), and I have been very happy with work done so far. Communication has been excellent, and the work done quickly and professionally by very pleasant employees. I was particularly happy that the sprinkler blow out folks warned me about an inadequate water line shut off in my crawl space, so I have been able to get a proper one installed before any problems occurred.

We can say that we are pleased. This past year we had some system issues and Les stopped by when in the area and made some great suggestions for changes!

The service provided is top notch. I had a lawn that needed some serious help and I was told not only which services would be best (and no, they didn't try and oversell me), but they even told me HOW to water my lawn to maximize a green lawn. In addition to their lawn service, their customer service is beyond amazing. They are super friendly and responsive. I feel like I'm talking to a friend when I have to call or email the office. They make me feel like I'm their only and most important customer.

Three guys cleaned up the fall leaves from a huge maple tree on my yard and from a tree on my neighbors yard. My yard went from yellow leaves to pretty green grass again. The also trimmed my out of control bushes so they looked in shapr e again. They always leave my yard looking neat and tidy.

I am very pleased with Happy Roots, and am so thankful I found them this summer, after unexpectedly losing my lawn man this past spring. After all the rain and extreme temps of this past spring, they were able to get my lawn back in good shape over the summer. Everyone, including Les, Rebecca and the lawn crews are very professional, helpful and do very good work. Of course, the price varies, depending on the type of service performed. I would highly recommend this company, without hesitation.

After reading some of the more negative reviews, I tried to take what was said with a grain of salt and not allow it to sully my experience with the company. That being said, I unfortunately had the same experience that other Angie's List members had with obscurity with regard to the service areas that are "covered," according to the areas listed on their official website (not just here on A.L.) I will give the business some kudos, because when I called in to Happy Roots, the woman that I spoke with was more than cordial, cheerful, and professional over the phone. Always a plus in my book... But definitely not the whole enchilada... Before calling, I wanted to make sure that all of my bases were covered. I checked the business page on Angie's List and saw that my city was listed (which, by some people's standards, would be considered to be "covered.") Erring on the side of caution, I proceeded to investigate further on the website. Thankfully, they list specific zip codes that are covered (listed at the bottom of the homepage). "Whew!" I thought to myself. It can't get more specific than a zip code, am I right? Nope. When I brought this up to the woman I spoke with on the phone, although she was polite and professional, she still gave me the quasi-disclaimer that Happy Roots chooses to use: She informed me that the 24-hour period it would take for the business to get back to me, there might STILL be a chance that this SPECIFIC ZIP CODE AREA MIGHT NOT BE COVERED by the company. (According to what she told me, the reason it took as long was because it takes time for the satellite system they use to calculate service areas as well as the size of your yard at your home / property). While I understand that each business reserves the right to choose designated areas of town they wish to offer and conduct services within, I still find it unnerving, unnecessary, and most of all MISLEADING that they still choose to "offer" said services within areas that have caveats associated and tied to them. Again, I can't stress enough how misleading and frustrating that is. Instead of wasting the past 24 hours on the hoping chance, keeping my fingers crossed that my area MIGHT be serviced by them, they could simply just state which specific zones or sections (or however they choose to designate the boundaries of the areas they DO service) of the zip codes "covered" and listed on their website (and to do the same on their Angie's List business page). In short, I believe that myself as well as future Angie's List members (and non-members alike - those who just happen to come across Happy Roots by word-of-mouth or from advertising or whatever the case may be) would sincerely appreciate the company to be a bit more direct. So far, it doesn't look so good, as the taste that they are leaving in people's mouths is a very sour one, indeed. Clarity in communication is VITAL in any business, so either SPECIFICALLY state which areas are covered - one in which no questions are asked, no disclaimers are involved, no "read between the lines" would need to be applied. Simply, be of a straight forward nature...not a misleading one... Sorry for the rant. Hopefully, this will help you steer away and avoid any unnecessary stress or frustration that may have come about otherwise.
