Crotzer Electric

Based on a neighbors recommendation I reached out to Crotzer Electric in order to get a quote for a few items. We chatted on the phone and I explained to him what i was looking for and he quoted to me what sounded like a fair price. I also sent him a detailed e-mail outlining what i was looking for and then heard nothing for a week. It then took me 3 times reaching out to him in order to finally receive the quote. When i did it was 40% more than what we had discussed over the phone. When I called him to discuss the discrepancy he told me that the reason it was so high was due to the materials and when compared to other quotes i found that he was marking up the materials over 115%. When I asked who his supplier was as his material cost was extremely high he became extremely defensive and started to raise his voice exclaiming that "his price is his price and that if you don't like it use someone else." I politely let him know that we would not be doing business together and ended the conversation. Terrible pricing, response and business acumen. Highly not recommended.
