small appliance repair
+ -1 moreIt took 3 weeks to obtain an appointment to have an oven repair person to come out (from the day that I called). The repair person did NOT show up during the appointment window, nor did he call to say that he was running late. I had to call the main number and they told me that he was running an hour late. Terrible customer service!
