Columbine was able to repair a compressor that we were afraid had totally quit and a purchase of a new refrigerator/freezer was required. They suggested a repair route which was much cheaper than a new purchase and it was successful. They are very knowledgeable and fair.

Columbine does exceptional work. They are very efficient, courteous, and their technicians are knowledgeable and well qualified. They will come back to follow up on their work, and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work.

I was without an oven for 29 days. The wrong replacement part was initially ordered, but we were satisfied with the final outcome. Repairman was pleasant and sympathetic. The range was originally purchased from Columbine but was no longer under warranty.

Columbine does warranty work for KitchenAid and we've had very good luck with them. They only have a 2-hour window of time, which is better than most. Columbine figured out the problem in about 2 min., called from my home to order the parts, and set up the next appointment right then for replacement.

I called Columbine and they set an appointment promptly. They did not have time that week so we scheduled for the next week. They arrived on time and repaired the dryer to our satisfaction.

THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP ON TIME. HE WAS NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK APART THE WASHER AND HAD TO DIAGNOSE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. THE MOTOR WAS OVERHEATING AND CAUSING A POWER FUSE TO RESET. HE TOLD US WHAT IT WOULD COST FOR A COMPLETE REPAIR AND RECOMMENDED THAT WE SAVE THE MONEY AND GET A NEWER WASHING MACHINE. A NEW MACHINE WOULD COST ONLY ABOUT ANOTHER $75 OVER THE COST OF THE REPAIR. HE ALSO SAID THAT THEY WOULD APPLY THE COST OF THE HOUSE CALL TO THE PRICE OF A NEW MACHINE.

AS USUAL, KEITH FROM COLUMBINE WAS MARVELOUS. ONCE HE GOT A LOOK AT WHAT THE FREEZER WAS DOING HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HAD TO BE REPLACED AND, OF COURSE, HAD IT ON HIS TRUCK. HE WAS DONE IN ABOUT A HOUR, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AS HE ALWAYS DID AND LEFT US WITH A WORKING LEMON AGAIN. KEITH WAS VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT IT COST OF FIX IT. WE LOVE COLUMBINE! THE HAVE WORKED ON NOT ONLY OUR REFRIGERATOR BUT OUR WASHERS, DRYERS, & EVEN OUR GAS FIREPLACE. PLUS, I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE SUNDAY NIGHT AND RECEIVED A CALLED MONDAY MORNING ABOUT 7:30 A.M.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN MADE A VISIT TO OUR HOUSE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND PROVIDED A THOROUGH AND COMPETENT REPAIR ON OUR DISHWASHER. IN ADDITION HE PROVIDED SOME HANDY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE TIPS.
