+ 5 moreDave and his crew did an outstanding job. I'm guessing that I paid abut 70% of what I would have paid a regular remodeling company. Dave was friendly, punctual and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the process and the outcome. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Value-builders is a different kind of remodeling company you would use if you are going to sell your house. They will provide a no cost remodel before you sell if you think you will be able to sell your house faster and for more money if it were repaired or fixed up. They will put up their own money to do the remodeling and then when the house sells, they will split that extra additional profit with the seller. I didn't spend a dime and had no risk. In my case, they gutted and remodeled my entire house (kitchen, baths, flooring, carpentry, windows, etc.) and passed their wholesale costs onto me. There was no markup or management fee like there would be if I hired a regular remodeler. They also professionally staged the house with furniture and artwork when it goes on the market.
