+ -1 moreRegarding the attic fan, the experience was fine. Unfortunately, the resolution with the hole in the roof was not. When I called Tru-lite the day after the installation, I learned that the independent contractor had not reported that he had drilled an extra hole in our roof. Don, the owner suggested that I deal directly with the contractor, rather than having him get involved. That was very disappointing. The contractor was nice and installed a tru-lite skylight in the extra hole, but we don't like it and are having it removed and the roof repaired. I would have expected the company to do everything they could to address the situation.
Description of Work: The installer was on-time and pleasant. They installed a solar-powered attic fan in our the unfinished part of our attic. The fan is fine and works well. Unfortunately, the independent contractor who performed the installation first drilled the 14'' hole in the wrong place. The hole was in the finished bedroom of the attic. Not good.

Description of Work: The Tru Lite Skylights company provided prompt and professional service. We have had three (3) skylights as well as their solar attic fan installed.
