TONY CAPRA PLUMBING

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205! YET On their web site they have a section that is titled "Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating" they go on to say "We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided". "That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing". Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment. I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true) Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work. When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front. I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer. Unless you want to be overcharged... Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating.

It went well.

We wanted at least one and possibly two Toto toilets in our house. We looked up dealers and found Tony Capra's bath House. He invited us out to see the different models and explained that we didn't have enough space in the guest bath for the second full toilet, but could install the washlet. We chose the Toto 500 toilet and the Toto washlet 300. We scheduled installation a few days later. The installer came and did an excellent job. Both are excellent quality, work perfectly, and we are happy with them.

Appointment was lost on their computer because scheduler was on vacation. I called and told them not to come because pump was out anyway, but they were persistent. The plumber did the work described, but when I asked him to look at heat pump, he tried to sell me a new water heater. I didn't buy it.

The plumber arrived ahead of schedule as I had been forewarned due to a cancellation. He did his work quietly and efficiently. I really don't have an idea as to how the price compares with others in the area. The toilet repair made the situation much better but there is still a minor problem.

The work was performed very promptly. The workman sent to the house was friendly and efficient. He got the job done quickly and made sure that it was done properly.
