They keep my lawn looking great. They show up when they are scheduled to be there and are courteous. I like the option to save money by prepaying for the year's services. You can also select which services you want for the year. They keep every thing on track and I don't have to coordinate their services. My lawn looks lush and healthy.

Originally, I scheduled a time for an estimate on tree trimming.--Within 2 days, Robert arrived at my house, on my preferred day and right on time! He listened well to my request for the scope of work, but in the end, he noted that the 50+ year old elm tree was "on its last leg" and a potential safety hazard. Robert was very professional and his insights and clear explanations were very much appreciated! He recommended the full removal of the old tree and showed me the reasoning to back up his recommendation....bark pulling easily off of the tree; root in the yard could be actually pulled up and easily showed rot/decay; dead limbs mixed throughout. Robert has 23 years of experience behind him, plus a wealth of current/ongoing education and a degree as an arborist. He was so personable and upfront, but never pushy or pressuring me into signing a contract for work. He easily spent upwards to 45 minutes with me, educating me on the problem so I could better understand why the tree should be removed and not simply trimmed. He presented me with options and suggestions on how to get the work done for a reasonable cost and yet maintain a high standard of quality and competency...to protect me, in the long run. Never once did he "push" me into making a decision, and amazingly, even recommended that I seek multiple bids before making a final decision on the scope of work and timing of the completion of that work. His integrity, sincere honesty and approachability was welcomed and commendable! And, even though I may not use his company to perform the actual removal of this tree, I will remember him....his company...for possible future work and/or recommendations to friends and family. This kind of service; honest and professional, even when a "sale" may not occur, is truly notable! What a pleasant experience! Robert is a true asset of The Natural Way company!

The Natural Way crew was punctual, polite, and knowledgable. We truly appreciated that they worked very cleanly and were conscientious about the other plants and items in our backyard that were near the tree being removed. We will definitely use this crew again!

I used Natural Way for the first time on my residential property and have been extremely happy from start to finish. The estimator was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with my four large trees and numerous elderberry bushes on my property. The crew was top notch in terms of customer service and care of my property, diligence and clean up. They also brought me out once they saw that one of the bushes was almost completely dead and double checked with me before proceeding to remove it completely. It should be noted that there was 18' of snow in the back and side yard that the crew contended with with out any problem. I have used another tree service in the past and Natural Way's price for the job was less and included more work done with more attentiveness and care. I own a commercial property a couple miles away, and because of their performance on my residential property, have already scheduled Natural Way for a much bigger job.

They initially schedule the service and they didn’t come out when they say they would. When they eventually came out we moved all of our cars but one. They asked if we could move our Thunderbird, and my son said we can’t move it due to the car being immobile at the time. They said it should be fine and proceeded to perform the work. We notice a couple weeks later there was an impact in the fender from above on the car. From there we contacted our neighbor first and he agreed that it definitely was from a tree branch. So we decide to contact A Natural Ways and the tree foreman, Jared, said to get an estimate for the damages. At the time I needed a couple things done on the car that were aside from the damage and took the car in. I gave A Natural Ways my mechanic's contact info so they could deal directly with them. However when the mechanic was going over the work with A Natural Ways they cited the extra work that was being done in conversation and they interpreted and got confused and thought I was trying to get them to pay for those additional charges. Additionally they said they didn't know anything about this incident. They haven’t even attempted to call to try and clear up this misunderstanding. I’ve attempted to call and speak with the owner numerous times and they dismiss me and say not to call them. Eventually they began to rescind their offer and backtrack. Accidents happen, I'm understanding of this, but you should honor your word and your work.

They did an excellent job on a storm damaged silver maple where a couple of major limbs had broken off. I was worried the tree might die, but the tree flourished after a professional trim and repair. I've also had good results with lawn aeration and fertilization plans. They are always courteous and offer reasonable and competitive rates and provide great customer service.

From the beginning, Neal (designer) really listened to us and came up with a great design that met all of our criteria. Once the job started, the team from The Natural Way did a great job of communicating with us and were able to successfully address several unanticipated issues. They were very professional, courteous, and hard working. Our yard was completely transformed and they left no trace that they had been here which is amazing considering the machinery required to complete this job. We look forward to working with The Natural Way again in the future.

We've used their service several times in the past & everything has been done as promised and very promptly. Service had to be cancelled by them once due to high winds but they called & rescheduled quickly. Very happy with service

They have been very professional. Their prices seem to might be on the higher side but they are always doing a good job. They came quickly.

The trees and bushes had not been trimmed since before I bought the house - probably last trimmed about 15 years ago. Everything was very overgrown. Two trees in the front yard were overhanging the roof. Another tree was rubbing up against the side of the house. The yard in back is large, slopes downward and was very overgrown. New Way called back promptly and provided an estimate within a few days of my initial call. Their estimate was lowest and most complete of 3 estimates I received. They called to schedule the appointmnet when they said they would and were here by 8:00 on that day. The crew of 2 was very knowledgeable and walked around the whole property so I could explain what I wanted and they could make suggestions and answer my questions. They got to work quickly. I had to go to work but they were finished by mid-afternoon when I returned. The clean-up was great. The trees were nicely shaped and nothing touches the house or roof anymore. I will use them again.

We selected The Natural Way based on a neighbor's recommendation and because their price quote was more than 25% lower than the competitive bids we received. Because it was the busy season for tree service, we had to wait several weeks for the work to be performed, but they showed up promptly on the scheduled day and performed the work neatly and efficiently with thorough clean-up.

I had a mixed experience with this company. They would provide services on time sometimes and other times I had to keep caling to see when they were coming. They were not good about returning phone calls. I will say that my lawn did look good after their treatments.

Very professional. Cleaned up all debris and did a wonderful job of pruning our maple. It was my least favorite tree because it was so ratty looking.Now it's my favorite. All the dead is gone and it has been shaped to a very pleasing form.

They have worked out great! They always call in advance, and always leave a notice that they've been here. They seem to know what they're doing.

We had two large cottonwoods removed from our backyard that required the use of a heavy crane. First estimates for the removal of one tree placed the cost at about $5,500. We had not inquired about removing the second tree with The Natural Way until after getting an estimate from a second company that added an additional $3,500 for the second one. We negotiated the price of removing the second tree with The Natural Way to just about a thousand more than their original estimate considering they would have the crane already set up and hauling out the first tree. They were reasonable, affordable, professional and removed two large cottonwoods and the debris within eight hours.

I have used The Natural Way company for many years to maintain my trees. The ash tree in the front yard needs steel cables to prevent it from splitting. Each year the cables are inspected and the tree is trimmed. I have had a tree and stump removed in the past. The company's employees are always knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will continue to use their services and refer them to friends and family.

I had them ground down 2 stumps, they trimmed and checked the cables on an ash tree and also did some trimming on a silver maple. They are very professional, punctual and the office staff is all wonderful.

There billing was terrible. The overall quality of work was not good. They are very unreliable as well.

They were too expensive. We will not use them again in the future.
