floors look cleaner,they showed up on time. my problem is the cost. they spent five man hours . thats over $100 an hour . I feel that for this price they could have spent moor time and got the floors much cleaner .to be fair I don't know if this is the standard for the industry

Fantastic company. Came in and removed the caulking in our tub and then re-caulked it. It is even all around the tub and he cleaned up after himself. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Jesus came here to assess and bid. It wasn't going to be cheap, but they were recommended, and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. His workers were professional, too, and got right to work. Unfortunately, although Jesus thought 8 wall tiles in the first bathroom were loose and about to fall off, they discovered that 92 tiles were loose and needed to be re-glued. Obviously, it cost more than the original bid, but now the original tile in my 85-year-old bathroom is sealed. They also removed all the grout from all the walls in the other bathroom and replaced it, so that feels secure for the foreseeable future, too.

A team of two was able to knock out everything in one day. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Work was done as promised with no issues.

We had discoloration on several tiles near the drain end of the tub, close to the lip of the tub. We attempted to re-seal the grout ourselves but we could not get a successful result. Hairline cracks in the grout were allowing water to soak into the tile behind the glazing. There were three visits to the house by Grout Medic personnel: 1 to assess the problem and provide an estimate; 1 to perform the re-grouting (this was a full day); 1 to finish caulking and applying the top sealant. Once the re-grout step was done, we postponed finishing the caulking beneath the problem tiles to allow sufficient time for the tile to dry behind the glazing. This time also allowed the new grout to cure well before application of the top sealant. The result is that I can no longer identify the tiles that had been discolored, and the bright new grout and caulk make the shower look fresh as they did when they were installed 12 years ago. I had a misunderstanding of what the job was going to do and when he explained it to me, I understood. The job was done promptly and I was happy with the results.

Tech told be caulk would be more waterproof than grout, but it looks bad. He showed me color in advance in the tube. I approved it. When I went back to bathroom at end of job, color looked glaringly wrong, once I saw it against the surround. I thought tech should have called me in before job was done to show me how bad it looked. I didn't say anything because I had approved it, but there was a darker color available that, in retrospect, the tech should have recommended after he saw the first color as it looked when applied. After tech left, I noticed he hadn't caulked front edge of shower, which needed it most. It was a job that a handyman would've done for $40, and I should have hired one. It was very expensive for amount and quality of work.

Everyone that I dealt with at this company was very professional and courteous. The work was performed in a timely manner and the work performed was top notch. The shower looked better than when it was new! I would definitely recommend this company and will give them my business in the future.

It went very well. They came in, did exactly what they said they were gonna do and we had an estimate, Hesus came and gave us an estimate for all the work we wanted done. I appreciated the fact that even though I wanted to have more work done, he said there was no reason to do that. Those services I was talking about was floor services: tiles that we have in the bathroom and laundry rooms. He said that wasn't in good shape an there's no reason for you to do anything with that. He brought in crew of three guys and they worked throughout the issues, they were just here for a couple of hours. Very professional and did a very thorough job, I was very pleased particularly the bathroom that I thought it will never be able to look clean and close like new again and they did a great job.

One of the guys from Grout medic came and worked very diligently and efficently to complete the job in one day. He cleaned everything up when he was done and the shower looked like new. The job was very well done and we were very happy.

Grout Medic contacted me on the same day that I purchased this as an Angie's List Deal to schedule the service. The technician arrived on time, then quickly assessed the job and confirmed the color of caulking I wanted. He spent much of his time removing the old hardened caulk and preparing the joints. New white caulk was placed along the wall and tub seams including the outside tub /floor as well as all the tiled seams of a glass block window and all of the fixtures in the shower. The job was completed and cleaned up very well in almost exactly the two hours planned. I am very happy with how the work was performed and looks and will definitely use Grout Medic in the future.

The estimation process was very smooth and exceedingly professional. Jesus (hey-soos) was exceptionally patient in explaining to me all the items covered by their service. We agreed to the estimate - (which was provided to me via e-mail in minutes.) on the day of the service call - the technician was very courteous and professional - pulling on his 'booties' to protect my floors and carpet - and getting straight to work. When he was finished - we did a walk-around to ensure I was completely satisfied. Never have I had such a refreshingly pleasant repair job. I would highly recommend them to others.

the office called promptly, set an appointment that was most convenient for me. We did a quick review of the issues, agreed on a plan, matched the grout color and scheduled the work for the very next day. Henry showed up right on time with shoe booties and a vacuum cleaner along with his tools of the trade :).. got right to work and completed the job within approx 2 hrs. The finished work looks fabulous .. hopefully it did the trick of blocking the mysterious water penetration. If not, I'll be calling them back. The bathroom by the way was left spotless. This was a homerun from beginning to end, thanks Henry and everyone a the Grout Medic!!
