The Grout Medic of Southern/Metro Denver

The entire process was professional and pleasant. The workman arrived on time and went right to work. He explained what he was doing and did a great job. There were a couple of spots that I thought needed additional attention. He didn't argue, he just took care of it. I will definitely be calling them for other work in the future.

I want to first preface my comments by the fact that I am VERY 'picky' and 'anal', so I am not easily satisfied in this day and age when poor quality and customer service is the 'norm'. However, I found that this Grout Medic (Jesus-Owner and Jorge-Tech.) were the Exception! They were both VERY professional, qualified, experienced, friendly, and 'informed' about their field of work! They showed-up on time, had very good communication skills, went out of their way to 'go the extra mile' to make you happy, and even did some 'extras' to make the job 'perfect'. They took great steps in protecting the work area, and made sure they cleaned-up (extra clean) before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend this Company to anyone that appreciates GREAT work and trustworthy service.

Fantastic! Henry was the service tech. He arrived early, worked efficiently, and new caulk is wonderful. This is my 2nd service w/Grout Medic; always professional and helpful.

Everything was great from the first time I called requesting a bid to paying the final bill. Everyone was polite, efficient, nice and professional. I'm very happy.

Henry and George were professional, hard working and very nice young men. We reviewed all the work to be done when they first arrived and they were able to answer all of my questions. Clean up on completion was also good and surrounding wood floors and carpet were protected. Although the original estimate addressed just a few loose tiles in the shower, several more were discovered but I was not charged any additional cost to repair these. My only complaints are related to the new color of the grout and upon additional inspection this morning there are several very small areas that were missed and additional small areas where the color appears different from that next to it; the other is my disappointment that the shower pan still looks dirty. I will be calling Jesus to talk about these.

Jesus, the owner and Jorge, one of his craftsman of The Grout Medic have EARNED an outstanding review. We had a persistent small leak from our tiled shower. Jesus came out at no charge and quickly identified the problems, the solutions and gave us a very competitive bid. His business approach is refreshing and he projects a real confidence in himself and his employees and their ability to get it right. Jorge, who has been with the Company seven years was on-time, did wonderful work, re-grouted and re-caulked our shower and no leaks! After he was done, his clean-up was so good that you couldn't even tell we had any work done, except our shower looked brand new. Our strongest and most positive recommendations go out to Jesus and his crew.

The person who came out, Tom, did an excellent job. he arrived on time and he was very respectful and mannerly. He had a great work ethic and did an excellent job. What he did was absolutely amazing. If there were more people in the world like Tom, the world would be a much better place.

I bought a new condo and needed the grout to be either repaired, replaced, or cleaned. I wasn't sure since I'm not very savvy with this type of stuff. I read positive reviews about Grout Medic and contacted them via their contact form on their website. I was promptly called to arrange for a free evaluation and quote. Tom was professional and listed to all my concerns. After examining my tile, he suggested it only needed minor repair in a couple spots and just cleaning/sealing overall. I was provided a quote and scheduled a time for them to do the work. They arrived on time and were very professional. Due to my time constraints I wasn't able to carefully examine the work performed. After they left, I felt the work wasn't completed to my expectations. I contacted Grout Medic and was immediately in touch with the owner, Jesus. He was apologetic and immediately rescheduled a time to come back and address my concerns. Maybe I'm a bit picky but Jesus reassured me he was most concerned with the quality of work they would do. They are quick to respond and communication is impeccable. When Jesus returned to fix the work, I showed him the areas I was concerned about. And without hesitation, he and his co-worker fixed the areas on the spot without hesitation. Grout Medic is A+ in my book. Jesus is highly committed to performing an excellent job that exceeds his customers expectations. Grout Medic staff are extremely professional and nice. This is a top notch company with nothing but the best interests for their customers in mind.

Quality work, smooth process.

The Grout Medic technicians are great and do an excellent job each time I have them work on my tile bathrooms. In the past they have also replaced the grout in my kitchen and master bath where the granite and the tile backsplash connect. They also did a wonderful job in color matching and replacing the original grout from the builder that had become worn and cracked. They offer some discounted coupons depending upon the total cost of your services, so I was able to take advantage of their discounts because I had several services done at once. I will definitely call them again!

Awesome job from start to finish! Jesus was extremely professional when he gave us the estimate and ensured that I understood exactly what the jobs entailed. George came out to do the work and he was just as professional. He wanted to be sure that I was happy with the job he had done at the end of the day. The results were fantastic on both the group repair and the shower cleaning. I thought that it was a tad expensive, but happy I did it. You will not be disappointed working with them. Give them a call!

They were fine. I think it would have been nice if they would have taken a picture of the damage because I pretty much had to take there word for it.

Overall, we are very pleased with the results of the services. However, my only complaint would be that Jesus quoted that all of the old grout would be removed before new grout would be installed. The technician explained that it was not possible to remove the old grout with the diamond edge remover because the space between the tiles was too thin for the diamond edge tool to use without breaking the tiles. Had the spacing between the tiles been wide enough, the tool would have worked and it would have been possible to remove all of the old grout first. I was not happy that it couldn't be done as quoted, but otherwise, was satisfied with the end result. Henry, the technician, did a great job.

My wife and I went to the Denver home and garden show on February 7th stopped by the Grout Medic booth and talked to Jesus about having the tile in our master bathroom tile cleaned and resealed. Jesus came out on February 12th and gave us a estimate for the repair, cleaning and resealing. The price for the work to be done was completely spelled out in the estimate and we decided to have Grout Medic do the job The work was was scheduled to be done on today February 16th it snowed all night last night and early this morning the technician arrived ready to do the work. He did a outstanding job the repairs are flawless and he even cleaned the tub and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the work before he presented us with the statement. There are a lot of companies in the Denver area that advertise that they can do the kind of work that we had done by Grout Medic but for my money Grout Medic went far beyond what they advertise and you would be hard pressed to find a company that lets the customer know that they are important to them. If you give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

Hector came on time the day we agreed to meet for the estimate; also he was on time the day of the application; price (final) same as the estimate. He did work diligently and on the scheduled time.

Very good - from telephone call to set up estimate, follow up to set appt to have work done. Jesus and others were very professional, explained work that was needed thoroughly. Job well done as well as clean up.

Called for estimate, bought an Amazon Local deal, scheduled service, great work and great follow up. Would use them again.

Jesus did a through job at the estimate. Very polite and professional. Carlos did a great job on the grout. The bathrooms look great.

arrived 30 min late. and quot;specialand quot; coupon deal for $97 took less than 30 minutes. work is ok, but he made sure to tell me that he would not clean the tiles in the shower, or the grout. He would just replace caulk at the seams.on the other shower, he said he was done. I went in and found soap scum on the bench I scraped off with my fingernail. When I asked him to, he redid the work to get it and quot;clean enough.and quot; But dark areas remain in the grout. It was an ok job, that took a little over 30 minutes and cost another $97.so, $194 for to minor shower stall tasks. Not done well enough that I did not have to point out obvious oversight. Would not use again.

Jorge arrived on time and worked for about 3 hours in our shower to clean the grout of water stains, rust and mold. Steam cleaned the entire shower and resealing it. We've used grout medic for 3 years and always recommend them.

They did a good job. They showed up on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do, didn't charge me anything and got everything done in a timely manner. One individual came out and he was polite and courteous.

I thought they did a great job and I was very happy with it. They were on time and did a really nice job. In fact I was thing of calling them back to do my other bathroom. My shower looks way greater than it did. It's been a while but I'm happy with them. I think the price a little more than I expected but shower was in pretty bad shape and they did fix it.
