Description of Work: They removed old caulk in shower and replaced with new. I requested they caulk more but the worker said that part of the shower didn't need it. I disagreed, but he still didn't caulk the additional area I requested. That's why it's not an A rating.

Description of Work: They performed the grout cleaning for the 50% off. I had tiles that were loose and backboard that needed to be replaced. They did the repair for the 50% off. Plus cleaned and sealed bathroom grout for the original 50% off price. They did an outstanding job. Worker was professional, polite, and did a great job cleaning up. Very pleased with all elements of the total job done!
