+ -1 moreWe tried to buy our house when it was in forclosure, but the forclosure lawyers wanted more money from the owners. They didn't have any more money so, we had to wait until it went thru the forclosure process. we then made an offer and bought it for less than it was for sale during forclosure. How about that? Anyway, Jodi is a real go getter, and has all the experience and knowledge to help anyone, buying or selling. We have recommended her before to our friends. You would be very impressed with her professionalism, too.
Description of Work: I really don't know anything about Denver 100. However, I do know about one of their great realtors. Jodi Rae Randa. Last year she helped us buy our house. She was very, very patient with us/me. As I was the one who went with her to look at the houses, and report back to my husband. Jodi was very easy to connect with. She was never hurried or rushed while looking at a house that may or may not fit our needs.

+ -1 moreWhen we started looking for a house, the one we wanted was in foreclosure. We signed all the papers, with Jodi's help, but, one week from closing the foreclosure lawyers stopped the sell. Then a month later it came back on the market as a bank owned. We again signed papers with Jodi as our realtor. It has been a harrowing experience but Jodi was there day and night to answer all our questions and guide us along. We would highly recommend her for all realty needs, foreclosure, bank owned, short sales, bare land, residential, etc. Jodi Rae Randa, Broker, CRS, GRI, CNE, CDPE Jodi is no longer at the 146 N Elbert St., Elizabeth, CO address (this is where we met Jodi).
