Ted does great work if you can get his attention, but that's a big "if". I was referred to TB by a friend, and had some work done last year, and it went well. He was engaged, detail oriented, and smart in his approach - it was quality work. I indicated that I very much wanted him to come back to improve the layout of my system and split one zone into two. He agreed without reservation. A year later, and no calls have been returned despite multiple attempts. Talking to the friend that referred me, who had additional work done by TB in the interim, and I find out that he's aware of my calls but choosing not to return them. Apparently my ground is "hard" and he doesn't want to to the work. If that's really the case, I'm open to discuss that, but choosing to ignore calls in the hopes that I'd simply go away is extremely unprofessional and I can't recommend TB irrigation as a result. The far better approach would be to call and explain the concern and see if other solutions might exist. (I would have been happy to have equipment rented, etc.)

Always have been happy with the service from TB Irrigation

In the first years, there were many leaks that had never been addressed previously. They were very knowledgeable at identifying those leaks and repairing them. As a result of their understanding of irrigation and the need to conserve water, the water usage in our community for irrigation has seen a significant decrease.

It was done with utmost care.
