+ -1 moreThey were very thorough with their estimate. Took many pictures to make sure we understood the problem areas and exactly what work needed to be done. They were so knowledgeable. We were very impressed and wished we would have them put the original roof on and we wouldn't be having so many problems in the end. Their workers were very good and hard working (inspite of the intense heat). They took care of all the problem areas, did excellent work and cleaned up well when they were done. We highly recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them again!!
Description of Work: We were trying to sell our house and the inspection turned up several areas on our roof that needed repairs. Sundance Roofing was recommended to us by our Realtor. They came out and took many pictures of the areas with problems and give us a very thorough estimate. They were very fair with their pricing. We had them do the work, which required several areas on the roof to be redone - replacing shingles and repairing gullies that were not done correctly when the roof was installed.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional and honest. They tried to be fair with their prices and were able to give us a 5 year certification on the roof. This ended up helping us sell the house since we were able to offer this to the new owners.
