Shane and STG is top notch. My kitchen is stunningly beautiful and Shane helped with suggestions that made it even better. Alex (plumber) and Rodrigo (tiler) were equally superb! Great communication, great quality work and great experience. Would recommend STG to others and have already done so to friends thinking about redoing their kitchen. I have a beautiful kitchen to enjoy for years to come. Thank you Shane and crew for a beautiful kitchen!

Shane did a wonderful job repairing a kitchen which had been damaged by a water leak. Repairs included installing flooring, re-building a damaged cabinet, reinstalling several cabinets, making framing to move one cabinet further out from the wall, adjusting several doors to accommodate the thickness of the new flooring. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to satisfying his customer. His conscientious focus on customer satisfaction is a shining light.

Shane and his crew worked to tear out and rebuild the wooden stairs to my basement. From his competitive bid to the completion of the work his professionalism and the quality of work done was absolutely first rate. I will gladly use them for my future home improvement projects.

Three stars TL;DR - Great quality cabinetry, poor quality hardware for the cost (drawer glides specifically,) and medium quality customer service overall. I really like Shane as a person, he was very professional at first when I hired him which is why I chose his business. I hired him in November for a project in February & was clear the excess in-advance hire was because my project had to occur within a short timeframe. Shane came back three times for measurements/contract signing/and to re-confirm measurements prior to install day. The week before the install he let me know that 1 of my large pantry cabinets got missed and hadn't been made. Although unfortunate, I understand mistakes happen. On the day of install unfortunately it was realized that the other large pantry cabinet had been made a foot too tall to fit in the kitchen. We then waited 2 weeks exactly and they brought the 2 pantry units and installed them. I had asked that during those two weeks Shane bring by an upgraded drawer slide for me to see & consider because the drawer slides on all my cabinetry were wobbly, barely worked, super flimsy whether loaded or not, and just were not going to last - I could tell. Shane told me that I would have to sign a quote for $815 before he could bring any examples or move further with upgrading my glides for my 9 drawers. I politely declined as I was already frustrated and didn't want to pay somewhere between $500 & $700 in install fee for an issue I felt I was being taken advantage of for. Shane told me that the reason the install fee was so high to replace the glides is because it would take him 4 hours+ and it would be very difficult. Well, 1 broke within the first week (sure enough) and I went to Home Depot to buy a replacement - turns out Home Depot's cheapest option works 20x better, glides smoother, etc than the product he had installed. I will also note that it took me exactly 57 minutes to replace all 9 by myself (I am not a contractor.) Shane was nice enough to give me a cash discount to resolve my complaints which is why I am still happy with the situation overall. I would hesitate to tell other single women to hire him due to the feeling that there were attempts to financially take advantage of me during the project.

He knows his stuff from start to finish we had our kitchen bath and all our red oak floors refinished in 7 weeks Totally amazing to work with such a awesome company we knew what was going to get completed each week and everything was done with care and expertise! We will definitely use Shane STG in the future and recommend to friends and family

Shane and his contractors were very professional and timely in our kitchen remodel job. Shane was amazing at communication which is very rare in this line of work which I really appreciated. He also gave us his opinion on what would look good which was super helpful for us! We will definitely be hiring them again for any other house remodel job! High recommend them!

This is the best contractor that I have worked with. The bid was accurate with no add on unless there was a discussion and agreement. The trades that did the work were quiet, efficient, timely, and cleaned the area thoroughly each day prior to departure. We were interrupted due to Covid19, but once able to return to work a new schedule was established and kept. Shane (the owner/contractor) checks on the work regularly if he isn't present. His assistant is pleasant, good natured, hard working. My HOA management loved to see him on site as they knew he would follow all building rules and be curteous. The finish product is exactly as discussed and is wonderful. I will be able to enjoy my new kitchen for years to come. This has been a very easy to endure renovation. I would hire STG and Shane any time I need work.

I had some stone walls done around the house, along with some other miscellaneous items updated. Shane was very professional, responds quickly and easy to talk to. He and his crews are very efficient and do GREAT work! He even cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed! Highly recommend STG and will use them in the future!

Shane was really excellent at keeping in touch. The job, the remodel of a small bathroom, was done in four consecutive days and, when a small correction was needed, Shane responded immediately and saw to it the problem was fixed promptly, even though he had already been paid in full. I highly recommend STG.

We were working with an old home and very small bland space. Shane and his Awesome crew made it a beautiful and fully functional bathroom. We would highly recommend him; Tile work especially impressive. Demo done in one day, Tidy efficient, always friendly. An amazing experience overall.

Shane did a great job on our bathroom and shower replacement. He was punctual and he kept us up to date on the progress and timing of all the moving parts of the project.

This was a pretty substantial high end kitchen remodel, and Shane / STG finished the job on time and under budget, which is virtually unheard of these days! His crew was courteous, clean, polite, and detail-oriented. The final product exceeded my expectations. The thing I really liked about working with Shane in addition to his integrity is that he took my vision, understood it, and made it a reality. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Shane and his team did an exceptional job remodeling our 2 upstairs bathrooms. They were efficient, reliable, cost effective and extremely professional and our bathrooms turned out better than we had hoped for. We would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and we will definitely be using them on future projects.

Shane is so awesome to work with, he even answered a late night message from me right away. He has been the easiest contractor to deal with out of all of my home improvement projects. I will be using him for my future projects as well, and I highly recommend him to others. Even the inspector said that this was one of the best concrete installs they've ever seen.

This is my second time using Shane, he just finished a full kitchen remodel, after doing the bathroom! Outstanding work! Shane and his team are very professional, you can tell he takes pride in his work. His bid was competitive and he even finished ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend Shane for any work you need done.

I hired Shane to remodel all 3 bathrooms in my home after "interviewing" several contractors. Shane was very straightforward from the beginning, offered competitive bids (even after I asked him to revise them several times), and promised all three bathrooms would be done within 2 weeks tops, and he delivered. He was always very responsive to our texts and emails and he and his guys always showed up on time and did a fantastic/thorough job cleaning up (that's a big deal to me!). The final project turned out better than I could have imagined and I will absolutely be working with Shane again once by husband gives me the go-ahead to remodel my kitchen!

I hired Shane and his crew a few years ago to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms. He told me the job would be done in approx. 5 weeks, they finished in just under 4, as well as finishing the few things I decided to add along the way. Everything was completed exactly as I pictured, and I came in under budget as well! The crew was always punctual, when Shane said they'd be there, they were there, and Shane was very accommodating to my schedule as well. A great job Shane! Definite highest recommendations!

He is very conscientious! His work ethic and quality of work is above industry standards and I have witnessed both. He is a perfectionist and wants his work done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone whether they are a friend or not.
