Shane and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He was very open to our design concepts and able to work effectively within our budget. We hired him initially to update our kitchen and create a master suite, both of which came out beautifully, but ended up calling him back to take care of a warranty for our front door. He was incredibly accommodating and replaced not only the front door but the trim and frame. We really appreciate his efforts and quality of work and will certainly call on him again for future projects, warranty care, etc!

I waited a good few months to cool down before writing- I still haven't. This was a *nightmare*- a 14.5k nightmare for a small driveway and patio. (Plus another grand for an incomplete fence job that I had to hire someone else to finish).. I feel that I was lied to, especially as a single woman trusting someone to help me handle these things- I thought Shane would be doing the work and not subbing out. I had cracks, (which of course have grown), less than a month after as well as 'rust' stains coming through. Rebar and mesh were not laid where it's supposed to be, everything is asymmetrical, they cemented OVER my outside crawlspace vents & after meeting with a construction lawyer I was told not only is it hideous but ALSO against code.. He was super nice at the start b/c I was looking for a "go-to" guy as I have many future projects; but when confronted he totally changed personality and I still have his nasty/intimidating texts which dragged on for literal weeks before I gave up. (Trust me, there is MORE).. He markets himself as a GC, and the pics of his interior work that I have seen DO look nice but this man is NOT a concrete/exterior guy, nor are the subs he claims to know forever. On the upside, the counsel I have had from 3 construction lawyers assured me that regardless of his "warranty" or not, I DO have **TWO** years to take this to court-- which I WILL since it will only get worse, no doubt. Restoring my home has been stressful at best, Shane and STG iced that cake for sure!!!! If I could give negative stars here I would.

We are only on the second day of the project but I am so impressed with Shane’s logistical ability. He has all of the services electricians, plumber, tile setter, and materials working. I am very happy this project is going so well.

Shane was a great partner to work with on a bathroom and bedroom closet remodel. He was very straightforward about his expectations and his quote for service. He aggressively priced the project and most important the timeline to finish the project (17 days) to meet the budget. While we did go over budget on several upgrades to fixtures, the project was completed on time and to a very high standard. His crew (coji) and his supply chain of electricians, glass and tile crew and drywallers are great! The weekly and daily schedule was communicated and updated daily and Shane actively participated and managed the project! he does not mess around which is why I will hire him for an additional phase of the project.

Took a little longer than I thought but it looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again and again. I will use him for many up coming projects.

Shane and his crew were awesome! Our bathrooms turned into works of art! The master bathroom may keep us from frequenting Hot Springs!

They were very professional and stayed on schedule. Kept us informed and were easy to talk with when we had questions. Definitely will use them again.

STG is terrific. They did exactly what they promised, on time, with great quality of work and communication. I will hire them again.
