We would look forward to hearing from this member very much and have 3 phone Lines, an alternate Cell # that comes directly to me listed on Angie’s List, an e-mail request form thru Angie’s List, a Contact Form thru our own website and 2 Ladies to answer the Phone and return messages promptly usually in the same day, to do so. However, we have absolutely no record of this member’s call, via his name, in our Computer Recorded Phone Log dating back 2 weeks & no record of any phone message left on either the Main office line or my Personal cell #. My Personal Cell # is again clearly listed as a secondary # and guarantees Contact with us if we are busy on the main line #. Why did this member not e-mail or utilize a contact Form, both readily available for use on the list? Surely this member has us mixed up with another Painting Company or a Company with the same name of Stellar. Another possibility is that three attempts to call were made and never even one message left, all hang ups. It would have been my hope that he would have called my alternative cell or e-mailed us to avail us a fair opportunity to serve him. I just don’t think that was the case. Why take the time to fill out a negative harmful report and not a simple contact form? Please look towards our other reports to see that customer service is our top priority and that we do very well serving and answering our call to home improvement duty. Sometimes appointments have to be moved or a phone call cannot be answered on the spot. We remain committed to working tirelessly to return all our calls and accommodate all clients and members of Angie’s List.
