We at Stellar appreciate all our Angie's List clients and their Patronage with our Great Company. We are obviously distraught when we disappoint a client in ANY way. We cared tremendously about this member, worked hard, was responsive, and addressed all of the concerns brought to our attention with heartfelt good intentions and effort. The end result was very positive and is in no way reflective of this grade. We are very proud of this end result and believe it is an overall impression of the quality work we have done for so many happy people thru our almost 13 year [Member Information Removed]. However, we know we cannot please everyone all the time with every phase of a project. We had bad weather in the fall delaying completion, unique product limitations and we returned in the spring when weather cleared to complete the task at hand. I, as the Owner, was onsite to check in on the project, my Service Manager visited the site, and we had one of our most highest regarded crew leaders leading the charge to a successful completion. Communication updates were ongoing between all of us several times a day. We provided this member elevated concern and attention as we deemed appropriate and necessary. In the fall for phase one, we had our most tenured Supervisor of 12 years guiding that Crew & staged a Crew Leader onsite, who has worked for us for more than 6 years, to get the project as far along as we could until weather necessitated us to return this spring. We talked as a group many times about this member and we are sad that these efforts, no matter how sincere and diligent, were not enough to meet the member's standards. Members should know we strive and crave the challenge of meeting ALL levels of standards posed to us by our clients. As a Family Owned Business that dedicates hours and hours of blood, sweat, and tears towards our Client's ultimate happiness, this rating is deeply hurtful to myself, my staff, and all family members who have had a proud and long association with Stellar. We will always be proud of the over 8000 [Member Information Removed] satisfaction surveys with a 98% rating of excellent, the hundreds of positive "A" Ratings with Angie's List, the years of consecutive Super Service Awards, and the many, many more accolades and awards that Stellar has accumulated thru the years. Based on a long and prestigious [Member Information Removed], this sort of report is sadly the exception, not the rule. We wish this member well and we will continue to forge ahead to improve, progress, and advance our goal of providing a compassionate effort towards maintaining and out pacing our competition in this market for client satisfaction and a positive end results.
