They didn't do a great job. They didn't pretreat anything, they just came through and they didn't get out the spots. The workers were nice.

They did a fairly good job. They cleaned up everything. They did what they were supposed to do. He's a nice guy. They're on time.

For the last couple of 3 times I've used Stanley Steemer which I will not use it again. I call and they send somebody from one place and somebody else from another place. There is just a number that you call and they send somebody. It wasn't worth what I paid, they didn't do a good job. They could have done better. The workers were nice. I would tell a friend about them, but I wouldn't recommend them.

I scheduled Stanley Steemer to come out yesterday to an apartment building. They gave me a window of 12 to 4pm, and scheduled a portable unit. I left work early to go to my mom's house and wait for them. At 3pm they arrived, and the guys in the van said that they do NOT have a portable unit. They called dispatch and then I called to find out what was going on. The dispatcher said that he was going to try and find the portable unit and get it over within my window of 4pm. At 4pm I called the main office and explained what happened and that 4 hours of time was wasted. They were to transfer this to Casey(regional manager) to call me back. Today I received a call from the main office. The person said that she was calling on behalf of Casey. She wanted to offer me 10% off. When I explained that I left early from work, and wasted 4 hours of my day waiting for no for them, she offered me 15%. I explained that their competition is less expense then that without having to offer a discount due to their error. She then said she was sorry and wished me a nice day, and hung up. Never again will I use Stanley Steemers. There was absolutely no consideration for my time and money wasted waiting for them to show up.

We called Stanley Steamer to get an a estimate to have the carpet in one room and a set of stairs cleaned and was told that they were having a special and because the job was small the price would be $99.00. The carpet is premium quality nylon Stainmaster carpet made by Dixie Mills it is less than two years old and it is in a room that doesn't get much use. The reason that we were getting the carpet cleaned was to keep the stainmaster warranty intact. When the crew from Stanley Steamer arrived at our home they started trying to sell us additional services that we do not need or request while they were unloading their truck. We were told that the two-year-old carpet was starting to show wear because it needed to be cleaned every four months and needed to have a carpet protection that they sold for an additional $267.00. I contacted Dixie Mills at 1-866-873-2875 and they stated that the carpet did not need to be cleaned every four months and it was protected by the stainmaster warranty and any other treatment was not needed and could possibly void the stainmaster warranty. The work that was performed by Stanley Steamed was not the quality that they advertise. There are areas that look like they were missed and after the carpet dried we could see that they only cleaned the center of the stairs. The one thing that the crew was good at was making sure that they left plenty of brochures for other services that would make Stanley Steemer a lot more money. We have brochures from Stanley Steemer in case we need Hardwood Cleaning services, Tile and Grout Cleaning services, Air Duct Cleaning Services, and Water Restoration Services. We all make mistakes this is one of mine.

They are reliable. When I call them and I want them to do the work tomorrow, they schedule me and do it. I like the ease of being able to schedule with them even on the last minute. Their price is also decent. The quality of their work is consistent and they are pretty good about cleaning up their messes or any stains. I use them because I can count on their consistency. They come out with their truck and clean the carpets. I get consistent and timely service from them and their price is okay. They answer my questions and concerns but sometimes they advertise a special and then go and it does not really matter what the special is. Their price is always the same. They may advertise to bring you in but then there are always added things. The quality of their work is fine so I would most likely continue to use them in the future.

They were very responsive. Our regular cleaning company could not fit carpet and tile cleaning into their schedule and we were getting ready for a big event in our building. They recognized the urgency and worked magic to get us scheduled in---the tile cleaning was a last minute, same day scenario. Not only were they prompt, the crew was extremely professional and did a fantastic job.

They did a good job, it was excellent. They did not try to oversell me with add ons. They did a really good job. The comments online were inline with my experience.

I thought they were excellent. I will be asking for two specific men by name because they did a wonderful job.

I already knew about them. I had just moved out of our house last week. I used a lot of companies to get quotes and Stanley Steemer was the best. They were the best quote for the time period that I needed. A couple of other companies needed 1 or 2 weeks’ time to get in and do it but Stanley Steemer was able to come in within 2 days and get it done for me. That is why it worked out a little better with them. They did a good job and I was pleased with it. They did everything I had requested them to do. Their availability to come out on a short notice and get the job done stood out to me. The price was reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

They were professional from start to finish. Upsold the hardwood sealant treatment when onsite and at first I declined but then they offered lower price. I'm on the fence if that was a good deal even after negotiated down because it was very little work for them, but floor still cleans nice with good shine. Carpet cleaning results were better than we expected.

The team was very professional and clean-cut. They did not try talk us into additional services, they just got the job done.

The carpet cleaning was good except they didn't do as well as I'd like on the stairs. The hardwood floor turned out fairly well, they did a good.

Stanley Steemer doesn't disappoint. They are easy to make appointments with. They come out when they say they are going to. They give you a rather short window for when they will be out. They are very thorough and the people who come in are very professional. They just do a very good job at what I think is an affordable price. We used them in Texas and couldn't be more pleased with them, so when we came up here we continued to use them.

They were on time and they got the job done. I think they were a little more expensive but more reliable. I was willing to pay for that. I will use them again.

A very professional team came out and cleaned out carpets and stairs. They were courteous, careful, quick and efficient. The carpets were cleaned very well, with a minimum of fuss. The team moved furniture appropriately and placed protective blocks under the furniture feet while the carpet dried. Although somewhat more expensive than competitors, in this case you are definitely getting what you pay for. We will have this company return when we need our carpets cleaned again in the future.

It may not have been Stanley Steemer, but the rug curled under them and this is a fast drying area. I didn't quite understand because this was a full carpeted room rug and not a throw rug. There are bumps in the middle and it comes up and I think if weights had been put on it might not have done that. I just wasn't overall satisfied as I had been in previous years when I used them in Alabama. I use to use them almost every in Alabama and it was a smaller house.

they showed on time to clean carpet two days before i was to move in to the house that i had bought, i had told them there was a few really dirty areas but not stained. after they got the guy said that if they treated those areas thaqt it would coat me a extra 27 dollars a ROOM, when i said that i had tokd the man that on the phone before he gave me a price there has no answers then he said that he found pet stains in two of the rooms i told i did not see any or smell any evidence of it and he said that would be another 78.00 per room, i said no that i would pay the 235.00 and no more. th3e carpet did not look any better than it did before and they only took about one hour to do the whole house 1700 sq ft. i do not think that gave me the best that they could have

Ken and company performed a professional job of cleaning carpet in six rooms and a basement staircase for what we felt was a very good job plus courteous procedure.

They do a fabulous job. I think they are the very best. All the guys that come out are great, and I think Armando is the very best.

I was pleased with the workers and the results

My experience has been positive with them. I had wooden stair risers I didn't want excess water left on so I suggested they dry them thoroughly after they were finished with the steaming and they followed through with no complaint, I didn't get a rolling of the eye. I appreciated them following through with my request happily. They are trained to do some persuasive selling on additional services and products. I appreciate being able to decline and not have any further pressure and they were great at that. I know this because I've used them many time in multiple locations. They were very accepting of my refusal. I'd say that's very good training across the board. They were next door working at my neighbors and I asked if I could schedule something for the next couple of days and they were able to rearrange the day to accommodate me. I'm sure part of it was because they were in that location that day so it was kind of a win-win for both of us.

I called and asked for a quote, they told me $216 - I thought that was reasonable. They came the next day, which was great. I thought they were arriving at 3pm, but I guess it was a time slot between 3pm-5pm. They showed up about 4:50pm. They two men were nice and professional. They cleaned the rooms really quickly and asked me to inspect after each room. There was confusion over the deodorizor -- I asked for it for the 2 basement rooms, they applied it there. Then they asked if I wanted it upstairs and I said yes - b/c I thought they said it was no extra charge. So, the extra charge came as a surprise in the end. It was hard to understand the gentleman asking, who had a heavy accent and was speaking over the loud machine noise. Anyway, I guess that is my fault for not clarifying price - but, I was pretty annoyed in the end by the price hike. I didn't think the quality was great - it seemed they went through the house REALLY fast. Also there's water spray on our flat screen tv. Also, the what I believe are pet odors from the previous owner of the house still remain in the basement room even after the deodorizor application.

Stanley Steemer came to the house at 4.30pm on Friday night and cleaned for two hours straight. They did the whole house, protected three areas and also sold us a door mat that comes with a lifetime replacement warranty. The service did come out a little more than we had budgeted, but it was still about half the price of Coit. And the guys were great!
