They provided me a written estimate of $620 and ended up charging me $1,162. I selected them based on their quote even though it was an estimate. I did not expect it to cost twice as much. They had great difficulty moving a couch which I moved into the apartment myself a year ago. I offered to split the difference between actuals and estimate and they only offered me one hour comp for the couch difficulty. They broke a coffee table but would not let us write anything on the settlement paperwork.

Excellent! Guys were really helpful, created a plan to unload the truck and got everything done in less time than expected!

All went very smoothly despite a very challenging job. Price was reasonable, and I was not charged for additional charges that they could have charged, because they had to call in an extra hand. I recommend this company.

Square Cow Movers definitely exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Colby called us within a few hours of filling out the online form to discuss the details of our move and immediately sent a quote. We had one adjustment we wanted to make and he was more than willing to change it to what we wanted. The morning of the move, we got a call at 8 am that the drivers got stuck in traffic and that they might be a little late (they were not scheduled to be at our house until 8:30 so I appreciated the courtesy call) At first I was concerned because of other bad experiences in the past with people showing up late and we only had a few hours to be out of our house. They apologized and seemed genuinely upset about the possibility of being late, even offering to send me a screen shot of the traffic map where they were stuck behind an accident. We understood those things are sometimes out of our control - and in the end they ended up showing up a few minutes before 8:30 anyway so it was great! Anthony and Stephen were our movers. From the second they appeared at our doorstep you could tell how professional they were. They took the time to walk through our house to make sure they understood what we needed moved. They spent a ton of time laying down blankets, covering areas in our home that I would have never even thought of to protect it from damage. Each piece of furniture was completely wrapped up in blankets/wrap and were carefully loaded into the truck (and at the same time they were hustling and definitely not going too slow!) We had a lot of large furniture (bed sets, dressers, mattresses, heavy entertainment center, large sectional, fridge, dining sets and large flat screen TV's) etc. When they arrived to our new house, they were equally as careful which was important to us because we have brand new hardwood floors, etc that we were worried about. They laid down material to protect the floors and railings and then took a tour to ask us where we wanted each piece of furniture. I was able to start unpacking boxes while they unloaded our furniture and if they had any questions about where to put things they were very polite and even adjusted a few items that I wanted moved. We could not be more impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Moving is very stressful and it was such a relief to know that we were in good hands. They spent a total of 6 hours with us, moving a ton of items and we didn't have one scratch or any damage anywhere. We knew they were awesome, but it wasn't until a few days later when we realized just how much. We had a new bed set delivered from a local large furniture company (king headboard, 2 nightstands and a dresser was it) and within 5 minutes the furniture company put 3 gashes into our new walls and railings with no apology. My husband and I were obviously upset and wondering how it was that this furniture company caused so much damage in such a short time with such few items and Square Cow Movers pulled off moving an entire home with not one issue! I think that speaks volumes as to how great this company is. This is probably the longest review I have ever written, but they deserve it!
