I had been told by another company that my fireplace had a natural gas leak from the valve and needed an expensive repair - so expensive that I visited the dealer show room to ask if it was reasonable, and look at new fireplaces if it was. Even if everything needed to be replaced per the original quote, he estimated the repair would be about half of what I'd been quoted. The person I talked with said it was unlikely that ALL of those parts needed to be replaced, and suggested I schedule a service call. I did schedule a service call, and Adrian arrived halfway into the promised time frame. He was not able to find any leak either with a meter or by soaping the pipe. He serviced the fireplace, cleaned it and answered all of my questions. No repairs at all were needed.

We had a very positive experience shopping at Spa Brokers, Englewood, CO. We were promptly approached by someone who quickly established our needs and presented several models of gas inserts from which we chose a model on promotion. They made contact with The Gas Connection Company who then installed the unit. Communication and follow up were excellent. We would recommend Spa Brokers to others looking to convert or replace a fireplace.

Great service all around. I have since gone in to purchase chemicals and have water tested. Again--wonderful service. A lot of places I went really felt like they were talking down to me because I wanted a good tub at a reasonable price. Spa Brokers was great.

The service tech was very punctual, calling when on his way. He was very knowledgeable about our fireplace unit and took time to explain the different aspects of the fireplace to us. (We were new to this type of fireplace.) He also took care to cover hearth area and carpet for protection from debris. We would highly recommend Spa Brokers and Service Tech Terry.

They sell you the fireplace and then install it for you. They have very good installers. They are very helpful and pleasant. The plumber they recommended to us was very good. They had a competitive, but normal price. All over our experience with them was very good.

We originally looked for fireplace inserts two years ago at 3 different locations but didn't find one we liked. This time we went to the Spa Brokers near our home and found one immediately. The store manager, Brent Chenhall, was courteous and helpful. He asked for our address and phone number in order to follow up, and offered to arrange for an installation estimate within the next few days. Spa Brokers III uses The Gas Connection, Inc. for all of their installations. We waited over a week for the Gas Connection to call and finally called Brent back to see why an estimate hadn't been arranged yet. An apology was given, the gas company called us the next business day, and an estimate was given 3 days later. We purchased the unit and the installation has occurred. Unfortunately the unit was delivered with the wrong decretive face plate so it is not yet complete. The plate we have paid for is on back order and is estimated to be here in about a week.

I was able to purchase the pellet stove from the spa brokers at a discounted rate. The sales person told us that the price was going up and he locked us into the lower price with 6 months same as cash. He provide us with documentation on how to install the stove ourselves to save us money. He gave us the hearth catalog so that we had the dimensions so that we could build our own hearth and save even more money. He was so nice in handling the deal.

THEIR SALES STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL ON THE PURCHASE OF THE CORRECT FIREPLACE FOR US. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THERE WASN'T A QUESTION THAT WASN'T ANSWERED CORRECTLY.
