Description of Work: 2013 Boulder Flood did $50,000. damage to the house. Servpro did a great and very professional job. Yes, it cost a lot of $, but they had a big crew here working many hours over many days, involving a lot of equipment. Fortunately, I had flood insurance. When something like this happens, you MUST have a company like Servpro come out and do the initial work; it's expensive, but I don't view it as even optional, unless you don't plan on restoring your house. They do the initial clean up work, including removing carpets, damaged flooring, cutting wet drywall up 18", leaving large commercial fans throughout house for many days to dry out, clean up dirt/mud, pressure wash mud out of garage, and much more. Then, of course, you have to pay carpenters/construction workers to put it all back together.

They were great. They are a little pricey, but that kind of work is pricey. I thought it was a lot for what they did, but they were good. They were very competent. I would recommend them with a note that they are expensive. They do come out immediately. They give a very detailed, itemized list of what they propose to do. And you can choose which things you want to do. They would have done more, but I didn't think it was necessary.
Description of Work: I have been using SERVPRO. I had a flood in my basement and they remediated the grey water. They took out the affected carpeting and pieces of drywall before any mold could form, and then they removed the drywall. They also disinfected the area.

They were very prompt to get out there. They deftly explained what they needed to do and what the costs were going to be. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were professional overall. They were very user-friendly. They took care of all the sub-contractors that needed to come in to do their specific jobs. It was pretty nice.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my basement and Servpro fixed it. They replaced the plumbing and carpeting and did some drywall work as well.
