This is a local Colorado company. They are on time, every time and always do great work. On the phone they always answer questions.

Seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with my tree problem. I would contact them again for other problems if necessary.

The service we pre-paid over $1,000 for the year, and now the customer service in response to their absolute lack of work has been extremely disappointing. We hired them for ONLY weed control. When I put out a request on home advisor and I got a call I told them we would not be a good fit because I mentioned multiple times that we wanted our weeds PULLED, but the guy guaranteed me that with the yearly seasonal spraying that weeds would not even exist. We live on ten acres, so I really needed him to be sure that they could handle it, and after looking at online maps, he assured me that the weeds would be under control. Our weeds are OUT OF CONTROL and have not been under control at all. I called them multiple times to tell them that we have 4-6 feet weeds that are taking over our entire yard, and we have a wedding at our house in a month. They were willing to send someone out each time I called and they would do that, but after two service calls for the weeds being out of control, NONE HAVE DIED. They are only growing and continue to take over our flower beds, our mulch, and all other bed and border areas. No exaggeration, they are almost taller than me. Even if they could kill them now (which I think it has been proven, they cannot) we would have to deal with all the dead weeds because they are so large. Seeing how this has been an ongoing frustration, especially because they assured me the weeds would be dead in 2 weeks after each call, we called to see if we could get a credit, or get next year for free since we now have to pay someone else to come to pull the weeds for over $1,000, all they said was **sorry you are not satisfied**. Well, considering we pre-paid for a service that we did not receive, I would say a sorry does not cut it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Fit Turf is not able to keep a schedule with clients. So when they come out and do applications, there is no warning. you get a bill, you get a note on your door that says what they did for you. if they come out to spray for spiders, they do not usually care if your pet is out. (tho one time they did, not always). also, if your house has two buildings, they miss the *internal parameter* if you know what I mean (between the two buildings). . . so the effectiveness is not great. also if you have a garden, since they do not talk to you when they come, you can not tell them, hey let us not spray near the garden. . . the tree feeding job they did for me was not what I was expecting based on reading. they did not go 8 to 10 inches, they went more like 2 inches and then claim that the high-pressure spray takes care of the rest. I do not know I am not an expert, they might be right. however, when I called them and showed them a video of what I thought was questionable, they just stonewalled me. they did not seem to care if I signed up for more and there was no way they were going to change anything about how they work or provide any kind of refund. all of this adds up to a company that I do not think I want to work with again.

They were good , but I just had them take care of fertilizing a couple of sick trees. We'll see if that helped them.

Fit Turf was knowledgeable and responsive. They identified our issue quickly (elm leaf beetles, yikes!) and sent someone out to help us treat our ailing tree quickly. I would call them again!

They have helped me identify the weed problem and have taken steps to clear it out and really not any problems.

Robet Knight has been my property consultant he is very knowledgeable, friendly polite and will answer any question or concern if he doesn't know he will find the answer. I had been told by the HOA landscaping that my ash tree was dead, I had Robert go over the service history and he showed me the areas he was injecting the tree to protect it and the equipment he was using, it was very interesting I watched the product being injected, (just like getting a shot) and the ports at the base of the tree has these yellow IV ports so the liquid does not leak out. The end result is all my tress look very healthy, no pests and the shrubs around the property look great. Robert is an outstanding representative and teck, he always makes me feel like I am his most important customer, I really should say he makes me feel like I am family. I had used another company for many years when we were in Piny Creek I switched to Fit Turf 15 years ago when we built in Eagle Bend and I have been very pleased with lawn and tree service, and I feel they have been very fair on their pricing and value. Robert Thank you for being exceptional.

The reason I am giving this review is I am not sure what service they provided. I was out of town got a call the tech was on their way to do a treatment. I was confused if I had signed up for a treatment. The tech indicated he would leave paperwork of the treatment, this was in April. I never saw any paperwork regarding the treatment or an invoice. Then I received a past due in the mail and by email for $500. When I contacted Fit Turf they indicated I signed up for an annual contract. I may have signed up I do not remember. There are a couple of issues I have 1) they should not have done any work until I gave them confirmation it is approved 2) I have not been able to receive any reasonable summary of the work completed. I did receive a copy of an invoice. The brief description was they injected specified trees with a fungicide. When I ask how many trees and which ones, I have not been able to get an answer. If they are not able to verify how many trees were treated it makes me feel the service was not provided. I did pay the $500. I will not use Fit Turf again. My trees look awful.

JB was very professional and answered all of our questions on product and services. He helped us fit the best services based our needs, without any added extras.

Careful what you sign up for. They have been asked to not do any work after September 2 years in a row and they decided to apply treatment on top of 6 inches of snow. Then tried to explain to me that this is normal and refused to remove it the charge after being a customer for two years. Horrible customer service and horrible way to retain a customer that would have paid for another year.

These guys are absolutely horrible. They will solicit you and solicit you to get your business. I needed my yard aerated several years ago signed up for that service had it done and paid for when they called and solicited me for the hundreth time to hopefully get them to leave me the hell alone. Then without consent they showed up a few weeks later for lawn treatments etc.. that I NEVER authorized. When I tried disputting the charges that I did not authorize they have since submitted me to collections and I am still fighting this stupid $50 charge out of principle of this horrible business practices. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Buyer be ware! I was connected with fitturf through Home Advisor. I spoke with a male representative that advised they do not treat here in the southeast metro area until mid to late May and that in order to get the special I had to pay up front which I did. I was advised that I would get a call mid-May to schedule -- I did not. It certainly would have been professional of fitturf to at least make sure I could ask questions about the treatment and for someone to actually witness the application. I returned home from a walk today 5/19 and found a sign in my yard from fitturf WARNING pesticides applied There is no proof that anything was done to my yard -- no odor, no feel, no visible evidence. I asked for and thought I was to receive an ariation and spring fertilizer treatment. Winds in our neighborhood were blowing and gusting well over 20 mph this afternoon, so even if something was applied, the wind would have blown it away from the lawn surface.. There is no proof that anything was done other than an invoice. It claims that 1000 square feet was treated with 15oz??? I cannot disprove any treatment, guess we will have to see if there is a difference in our lawn down the road. I would like to understand if and how HomeAdvisor vets its member businesses. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with someone from HomeAdvisor and fitturf to discuss process and proof that I got what I paid for.

Overall ... Fit Turf provided excellent service regarding weed control for a large area of rock beds and borders! In particular, the technician (Robert) was on time as promised, applied appropriate weed control spray application, along with avoiding adverse affects to new shrubs and trees. Two thumbs up!

I was looking for either aeration or de- thatching for my lawn. The Rep that contacted me advised against it. I m not a professional so I still hired them. They were quick to come to my home and the weed control solution did get rid of the dandelion population. They will continue to come the remainder of this season. They had various packages to pick from and I m hoping by next spring my lawn has no dry /dead patches.
